I have noticed a few members use a period at the start of their sentences. Which languages are their prime that use punctuation in the lead?

It's been a wave of spam-bots afaik. Its something to do with the way they've been coded.

If you encounter KSOD, blacK Screen Of Death, a more common problem then one may think, you can reformat the needed Windows over the old, select the old as you would with Windows XP (which prompts to rename the old WIN files, leaving them intact on the HDD), but it will require re-validating COA online, as such, there's a limited amount of times MS apparently lets you do this, but so far, for me, it did the trick and no problems currently

I would write down the Windows 'Proof of License' on box/bottom/back just in case anything happens. But you should be able to create a back-up disc and format/re-install whenever you feel like. (Just make sure you have that License number, in case something goes wrong)

.I've been interested in electricity as a career choice lately. I want to educate myself on things an electrician would need to know, but I have no idea where to start. If anyone knows of any good resources (preferably online and free) could they share them?

Obviously you will need to know circuitry.
I could find it for you but i am sure you are just as capable, so search in google 'How circuits work' and stuff should come up, there will be lots of kids educational ones because you study electricity at school (They are easiest to understand).

Couple random questions.

Is it strange not to cry even about the saddest of events? Like movies can make me cry, really good movies.

I remember when i was 12 and my father and sister stayed by my grandmas side when she went into a coma and died of breast cancer but i decided i would rather go to a family friends place and go to sleep.
In the morning my father woke me and said in Finnish 'Grandma died last night' and i just woke up and said 'oh ok'.
I loved her and miss her but i never cried or felt sad about it, or anyone else i have known and they have died.

Is it simply how i deal with things? Anyone else like this?

Empathy. Many times you will be ‘off-line’ with feelings until someone else (usually a few others) in your vicinity have a reaction. How your personality reacts to the situation is how deeply you have become involved in tying (joined-in) your attitudes to the mood.

Like in a good movie that pulls you into the story will create a more empathic feeling for the charactors than some can in real life.

When it comes to death, it's not something that really bothers me. It's not that I'm a dick or I'm being disrespectful or anything like that, death just doesn't phase me. I used to think I was a cold-hearted man until I realized I wasn't the only one. My friends gran died recently and, as she was telling me, all I could think was "I do not give a flying f*ck!". I know it sounds harsh but I honestly didn't.
I reacted pretty similar to you, finn4life, when my gran died. I must admit that when we lowered the coffin into the ground, I felt an incredible shock. It suddenly hit me that I was burying someone.

But, like others, when it comes to girls, I'm a sucker. They've messed me up pretty well but, hey, at least things are getting better.

I'm the same way, I don't cry about really upsetting things. For example, My fiance and I got into a huge fight over something I did recently, she threatened to leave and take my baby daughter with her. It stung a lot, but I didn't cry, even when she packed up some things and left. I just sat on my bed and stared at a wall.

However, something stupid and trivial like a sad episode of Scrubs (bad example but hey), will make me bawl my eyes out. Its stupid, I know.

I think it probably something that happened in your past. Whether you remember it or not, there might have been something that was so 'tragic' (for lack of a better word) that it desensitized you when it comes to these emotions.

I'm trying to install this PS2 to PC San Andreas mod at the moment. I have the data files replaced already, but there's also textures from PS2 that are in .txd format. How do I put them in gta3.img, or wherever they go?
