Ivan: Probably spared, as Niko says, if Ivan wants him dead he can't be that bad.

Cherise: Tricky one. I think kill for what she did for Dwayne but spare is also possible

Clarence: I think kill, but Niko may let him live to piss Francis off, maybe. I'll say kill.

Playboy X or Dwayne: PBX definitely, fits his personality to not kill Dwayne

Francis or Derrick: Hard, considering they've both got pros and cons. I'm gonna say Derrick cause he was very sick and Francis offers money too. Up to the player this one

Darko: I'd say let live.

Deal or Revenge: Deal, just makes sense with how his perception of revenge changes.

That's the way I see it. Kind of like a short, rollercoaster ride of emotion.

Ivan: Spare, Niko hates vlad and hasn't (canonically) killed anyone in LC yet, he also mentions (early on) that he wants to keep his record clean.

Cherise: Spare, She had no reason to die other than Dwayne being enraged.

Clarence: Kill Niko had no reason to let Clarence live, and Clarence was dangerous.

Playboy X or Dwayne: Kill PB, obviously Niko liked Dwayne better.

Francis or Derrick: Kill Derrick, Derrick was depressed, and Francis had money.

Darko: Kill, In such a tense worked-for mood Niko probably didn't consider that letting Darko live would be a punishment, especially after the rage he would have suffered when Darko told him it was such a small amount he earned.

Deal or Revenge: Deal, Roman was more important to Niko than Kate was, so I think he would have taken Roman's advice.

Francis or Derrick: This is a tricky one, Francis was a dirty cop who had Niko under his finger from day 1 and Derrick was a druggie with problems so maybe Niko would of wanted to put him out of his misery? I'm not to sure.

Darko: Perhaps Niko would have spared his life as Niko knows the pain of living with guilt is worse than death.

Deal or Revenge: I would say Revenge, yes Niko would be going against Roman's wishes but ever since Dimitri betrayed Niko plus Roman's kidnapping and the fact that he got Russian hitmen to burn down Niko/Roman's apartment and cab depot he has been seeking revenge ever since plus it would go against Niko's moral code to work with someone who has caused him so much grief.

I notice a lot of people are saying Niko would chose PBX. Really?

Yes, it seems like a pretty easy decision "The rich delusional asshole or the guy that's your friend". But PBX was rich, and Niko needed the money. Niko didn't hate PBX either, sure he probably thought he was ignorant but there was no harsh feelings between the two. There was no real reason for Niko to cap Playboy. Even Niko says "That's a pretty heavy request, Dwayne".

Also, Francis' reward isn't worth it because I could only use it about twice then he no longer helped Niko.

My honest opinion would be...

Ivan: spared, no need to kill him, he'd pay up eventually.

Cherise: Definetly spared, dwayne wouldnt want her DEAD simply because she cheated on him.

Clarence: Killed, even if you don't kill him you do in a ranfom encounter.

Playboy X: Niko liked dwayne and probably hated X. Aswel as getting his penthouse and claudes attire seems canon.

Derrick: As much as id like to say francis its definetly derrick. He was depressed and would end up dead soon anyway aswell as francis' payment. And for those who say niko would have killed francis because francis is a cop and he could have niko done, think of it this way, niko would just say francis payed him 25 grand.

Darko: I know all nikos backstory and read it all before i played it. I was actually surprised sparing him was a choice. For that reason niko popped him full of lead.

Revenge: Dimitri destroyed nikos and romans livlihood and tried have them both killed many times. And those who say he would take romans advice i disagree. I loved kate and was sad when she died probably wouldve been sadder if roman died. I think Niko wouldvr taken kates advise because shes smart and roman, although a great character, is a f**king idiot.

Ivan: Spare -- Because at that point, Niko has doubts, thinks Vlad is a piece of trash and he always has a code of honor about such things e.g. Vlad told him straight up it was a setup unlike when Faustin had Niko kill that Mob Bboss' son.

Cherise: Spare -- Because Dwayne also has a code of honor; He just wanted the money because getting the money meant more in terms of respect than the money itself.

Clarence: Kill -- Because if the guy has an entire housing project under his thumb and sells drugs to kids, he probably was "sin" as Francis said.

Playboy X or Dwayne: Playbox X -- It's a no-brainer because of the bond Niko and Dwayne form.

Francis or Derrick: Francis -- For the simple fact Niko couldn't stand the guy and it gets him out from under his thumb once Francis is dead.

Darko: Kill -- Probably because this is what the whole story is leading up to and because Darko reveals he sold out Niko's platoon for a measly $1000 dollars to buy drugs. If you choose Spare, you can argue Niko's attitude changes at this point and he grows as a human being and learns to move on, but then the entire revenge aspect of the story is completely nullified barring Dimitri.

Deal or Revenge: Revenge -- This is what the story has been leading up to (putting whatever decision Niko made about Darko aside). Dimitri is Niko's enemy in the present and must be dealt with or none of Niko's friends and family will ever be safe again.

Sorry I can't come to a decision, but I think for the most part, these could go either way, except for Ivan, who I can't see Niko just killing.

Ivan-Spare. Niko's not going to kill someone just because an asshole like Vlad told him to.

Cherise-Both are equally possible. He could kill her for what she did to Dwayne, or spare her because he thinks Dwayne wouldn't want her dead.

Clarence-Niko would probably just kill him ordinarily, but if he's able to corner Clarence, he might be swayed by his begging and promises to reform (and being able to spite Francis doesn't hurt).

Playboy X/Dwayne: He could kill Dwayne for some much-needed money, and end up feeling quite guilty, or get Dwayne's back and kill Playboy X.

Francis/Derrick: Francis is an egotistical hypocrite who threatens to have Niko locked up, so there's plenty of motivation to kill him. But Derrick is a liar, and a traitor, and we know Niko has a very special hatred in his heart for traitors. Plus, Niko can get up to $20,000
and blackmail material for favors.

Darko: Letting him live would be a worse punishment than killing him, but Niko may not have enough self-control to walk away.

Revenge/Deal: Deal would be very profitable, and would make Roman and Pegorino happy, but Revenge would please Kate, Niko has cause to be tired of Roman's greed and having to save him from himself, and killing Dimitri eliminates any threat he might pose to Niko or his loved ones.

Lol, I did not know about this Clarence guy until now. I searched the web where Niko meets him and I remember during that mission I simply sniped him from a crane on the opposite side of the street.
Anyway:

Ivan: spare, from the beginning I felt like Vlad is lying about him.
Cherise: spare, I did spare her because I thought Dwayne would be mad
Playboy X or Dwayne: Playboy X dies, Dwayne lives. This is because I think Dwayne is much more complex than PBX.
Francis or Derrick: killed Derrick because he's a psycho and Francis is not a trouble, I felt for him much more than I did for Derrick.
Darko: spared him cause looking at the big picture Niko does the same as him.
Revenge/Deal: I think the canon is Revenge since it's a kind of test whether Niko will go on with his mercy-ass attitude and I think it is a good turning point. Pity Kate is killed, though, but after all she didn't like a world of violence hence GTAuniverse is not the place for her.
