I tried breaking those numbers up into UTM coordinates (someone else's suggestion) and was getting crazy places (in the arctic and antarctic). Nothing really relevant, but i was switching the signs on some of the numbers (positive to negative and vice versa, mirroring the coordinates), I did get to an aquarium in central florida. But i felt like it was a long shot at best. In where is the blue, the coordinates seemed to be laid out in order. There was no reason to fuss with the numbers.

The one in this list that really piques my interest over the others though is:

6364 Hollywood: A bar/club called Vice is situated at this exact address on Hollywood Blvd. in Los Angeles.

To me, that is just a mindf*ck of a coincidence considering that when you type in 6364 Hollywood into Google, that particular address fills up about two pages.

Jesus, Where Is the Blue points to known locations everywhere. I swear to god if my theory of GTA V having a VAST map of Vice City, San Andreas, and more, I'll honestly go crazy. I agree deepthroatgta4 posting again is very exciting.

My only point is that after 130+ pages of the same 10 recycled theories I would think the mods would either:
a.) lock this, so we don't get another 100 pages of the same theories.
or
b.) delete the duplicates and cut the fat so someone could actually read this topic without having to take a sick day from work.
