I have only one: Cop Land.This mission took me weeks of starting over and over till I pass it.Vice City cops are way too much agresive this took me ages to pass. But that was my first time playing VC (and first time playing GTA too) so now I can pass it with ease .

The one on Vice City where you head to the abandoned mansion as a maverick gunner. I gave up after 3 times though, and haven't played Vice City on the ps2 since 2005.

Tunnel of Death because I didn't want to kill Aiden.

Ok I conclude Sexy Time is the most frustrating mission in the GTA IV era. If you manage to kill the dealers before they get on land it's not so bad, but once they spread out it's a pain in the ass.

I was chasing this one dude and couldn't kill him even firing everything at him.

Surprisingly for me, flying missions are very tough-like Dildo Dodo and Bombs away. Between these two, I would choose the latter, because if you release the gas button for a sec to fly low, you would land in water(for winning this mission, ultimately I had to sacrifice the RC planes-one for blowing up the car, and the rest to kill the Cubans) Oh, dreadful memories...

Learning to Fly in San Andreas, oh and Big'n'Veiny in GTA III. I hated Zero's missions in San Andreas as well, especially the first one.

In San Andreas Robbing Uncle Sam got me a few times because whenever I picked up a crate... CJ died out of nowhere, after 5 reloads in the save I finally got it now it happens every 3 times I try the mission which is good enough for me.
Also Dang Nang Boys or something like that because whenever I climbed the crates in the ship, again CJ would die or lose health for some reason.
In Vice City .. G-Spotlight, I never failed the mission but it was ass
In 3 pretty much the last 5 missions in the game are total balls

And in the other games I had no problem

I said it once on another thread, but here it goes again:

1. San Andreas - The Zero RC Shop mission where you are supposed to shoot the RC barons with the minigun. It's so hard to see those damn things! Always makes me fail the mission a lot of times, before I get it done.

2. San Andreas - The Final mission. It annoys the hell out of me to do the f*cking mission over and over again, just to fail at catching sweet. I almost had a heart attack once, before I finally caught the bastard.

I thought you just had to do the escape from the crack palace again... at least for me it was like that.

At least it had checkpoints, unlike other missions in the game.

Wrong side of the tracks.

Frustrating at first till finding out smokes a better shot from farther away.

I forget the tittle of the mission but the mission where you get chased through the concrete canal in SA, that was annouying and took me forever to get right.

Espresso-2-Go - done it once with 10 seconds left
The Exchange - lots of Colombians

GTA VC:
Phnom Penh '86 - terrible helicopter pilot whoever it is
The Driver - just a tough one

GTA SA:
Zero's missions - they're hard but u can usually do them
Up, Up and Away - this was hard for me

GTA IV:
Three Leaf Clover - run out of ammo quickly
Both Endings

None in the DLCs were very hard for me except for:

The one inThe Ballad of Gay Tony where you're in the limousine throwing the sticky grenades at the bikers chasing you, that is such a bloody hard mission but I forgot its name,

GTA III
Espresso-2-Go - It was the hardest mission of III for me but now I can do it easily.
The Exchange - Lots of Colombians attack when you have nothing. Hard but not so much.
Big 'n Veiny - This mission gotta go to hell. You've to reach another batch of porn mags in a very very short time.

GTA San Andreas
Freefall - Catching the jet and making a sharp turn is hard. But meanwhile I sometimes do it very easiy, sometimes it hardens me as hell.

GTA Liberty City Stories
Love On The Rocks - Fighting lan army of men, stealing a car when too much heat is on your ass.
Taking The Peace - Because of the camera angle, it makes driving sh*tty.

GTA Vice City Stories
Boomshine Blowout - When playing the game newly, it makes it a hard mission but after you get along with driving, you pick the explosives quickly and it becomes an easy mission.
