Basically what I meant is that we create SaveGame with the Colour and other Changes we want, and and then you click on that Save from the Tool and select a GTAvc.exe and it then applies those premade settings.

Dude... just don't.

If you want to sell your programs, then do it with programs that are not made to edit other people's software, like a given game. That's lame, and even if you want some income/profit, just do it with some standalone applications not made for modding games.

VintProg could you make such feature in your tool, like changing color of this green selector rectangle bar in main menu? Well i think someone posted about memory addresses for colors of this bar, but that can not be 'hacked' via cleo mod, at least i couldn't manage however maybe you'll manage to do this via your tool? Here's the code:
