If you click on the download link in his signature, you can download all of his textures there.
The roads aren't released yet though, he said he'd have them done soon.

Texture Modder Group: Members Joined: May 11, 2011	The roads look great Lord Neophyte, but when I try to extract the file, WinRAR displays this "CRC failed in gtxd.img. The file is corrupt" Can you please reupload a non-corrupted file?
