Mod is dead man. Don't hope to have some news.
Leader is stubborn and don't accept help. Everyone in GTA3 RAGE team ask to hire more people but leader refuse. Team is small, and there is no progress since a long time...

Nope. Some 3RAGE developers told me that there is no progress since long time.
