My settings running on EFLC in Vice City Rage. Using heavily tweaked version of Dpeasant 1.0c2.
MOAR SCREENS GTASADUDE! That looks much better than the other screens I seen. Is it possible to run any ENB / ICENHANCER on Vice City Rage? If so, maybe down the road I'd like to tinker-up a realistic / neon version of iCEnHancer.
AAA enb v0.82 build 1. Based on dp3 timecycle Enjoy Pals! I've tryed to make it easy to tweak. And its not a complete version. I'm sharing that with you because i wont be able to finish it soon! Special thanks to dp3,DKT,yug,simple,portal2x2,gtf323 and to all of you, folks!
Will add to the first post later today. Good stuff.
NYZE.ONE,Monday, Jan 16 2012, 06:38]@Packet did you play with ENBpalette or without... can you say what enbpalette do you use
Hi NYZE, I posted four screens a while back using Raigen's palette, %25, #3, blue. All the other screens are using no palette. For the moment, I while tinkering and getting the set to "completion" I am using no palettes.
NGT. Speechless my friend. Looks amazing. Love the peds, the compilation the set and the action. Thanks for putting them. You should package a WHOLE BUNCH of these into a "WALLPAPER" pack and link the it here, I'll add to the first post. Very well done.
Anyone been watching GTA4-mods.com Player Downloads area lately? It's been exploding with stuff from Metalwars, Acamir and I think UTD_Hacker has been helping out. GTA4-Mods Player / Ped Skins Download Area with lots of new stuff. Some kickass stuff from LA Noire as well.

Yeah it's possible, but it's locked to Sunny Weather unless you freeze the game on a different weather type so you really need to have a trainer handy to get the best out of it . I have this set up for all versions of GTA IV with a special folder for Vice City Rage because the file structure is a little different to IV. It has backups of the original files and an install/uninstall guide + changelog. I have a version based off 1.0c2 by Dpeasant and a version based off the latest 1.3 beta, but using the old enbeffect.fx (I hate over-contrast) and even more tweaks .
I like Dpeasant's old settings the most, but I also like my tweaked version of his latest settings because the timecycle is so much better. I use 1.0c2 just because the settings are far more balanced than 1.3 with the old enbeffect, shame about the timecyc though. I'll post some patch 4 screenshots later from general gameplay in GTA IV, haven't go the time to make cinematic shots . I'll upload both of my tweaked versions now for both 1.0c2 and 1.3. I've messed with 1.0c2 the least, there's more changes made to 1.3 so it conforms with the enbeffect from 1.0c2. I'll compress them both as zips so anyone can open it, but the file size will be over 100mb because I included full backups etc so it's idiot proof
EDIT: Or not, 1.0c2 tweaked settings come in at 70mb, 1.3 at 80mb. EDIT 2: I'll post them later, not going to get too worked up but I'll post screenshots and a video walkthrough of each part of the timecyc for both settings packs, and make a post to release them. Add them to the first post if you want, I'm sure people will find them useful as they're pretty easy to install and look great

Could I ask something about your settings as I've encountered a problem with brightly coloured (mainly yellow) cars giving off too much bloom which creates a (ugly) effect on the cars. You may not have encountered this yourself but seeings how your settings show no signs of this problem I wanted to ask you! Sorry! The problem doesn't seem to subside even if I completely disable bloom. Any ideas anyone?
Like This:
If you compare the colours produced when under a shadow or not in direct sunlight (shown in second pic) its a huge difference.

@CrustyCrack hmm.. maybe tonning down the set in your Reflection settings.. because I have no idea where that comes from except from the bloom. @Johnnywcw awesome shots bro .. new setts?
Hello, j3smoove, I've always wanted to learn HLSL, but I do not know where to begin, a few days ago learned basic knowledge of matrix. But the course is not complete. Also, I can learn from you?

Hey guys, I've always loved Dpeasant's old 1.0c2 settings package for GTA IV, but as his settings have progressed I've always came back to these. In my opinion his timecyc is constantly getting better, but the over-contrasty enbeffect.fx file is a major step backwards. This is why I've uploaded this package, I want to get these settings back out into the open, as Dpeasant really did a great job on them.
I've been tweaking this over the years as new advancements have been made in shader technology for ENB series. You can see a full changelog from the original settings listed below. These settings are designed for version 1.0.4.0 of GTA IV, but also work with 1.0.7.0 and EFLC. However, as ENB is not designed to work with 1.0.7.0 some features will not work (Skylighting mainly), and when the camera is pointed at certain angles you will encounter rare 'red sky bugs'.
You can download these settings from the link in the description. I've included an install and uninstallation guide, and four different folders for four different versions of IV (Patch 1.0.4.0 (4), 1.0.7.0 (7), Episodes From Liberty City and Vice City Rage (EFLC). I've also included a full backup of the original files which are replaced by this modifcation. Enjoy! All credit for the files I used goes to Boris Vorontsov/Dpeasant3/DKT70/gp65cj04 for the original ENB modification files, and cimy_93 for the 1.0.7.0/EFLC shaders fix
Updated from ENB 0.79 to 0.82. Removed effect.txt and replaced with FXAA code (antialiasing). Applied Boris' motion blur fix to the enbeffect.fx. Swapped DOF settings for gp65cj04's amazing real time code. Included 'shaderinput' folder from Dpeasant's 1.02b pack, not sure if it does anything. Updated lightsprite and tree settings to those from Dpeasant's 1.02b pack. Changed stars amount to 0.3, much more realistic.
