Rules:

- In all four corners of the map, are signs saying "Here be dragons."
- Nobody gets mad if you hit their cars.
- Almost anyone runs if you hit them.
- There are LOADS of drugs within the game.

I remember him not specifically jumping over anything. He usually does a parkour-style move where he puts his hand onto the surface and swings his body across. Also, it's more difficult to push yourself off the ground than to drive a car up a ramp in low gravity.

Ummm, that doesn't make any sense.
