But those topics were created by me for a real reason, LOVE!! More then life, music is my passion, I love Rock till I die. Thrash, Grindcore, Heavy Metal, melodic, operatic, progressive?!... Many different styles of just good music with guitars, drums, and bass providing the backing.
Ah, for some 70s retro KICK YOUR ASS TILL IT BLEEDS rock, some of the best ever committed to vinyl. NAZARETH...

Slamman you bastard!!!!
Before I post my song, you all have to listen to my short story. It is beyond a vivid memory for me. Back in the day : While driving to the mall with my mother we stopped to pick some cat 'o nine tails along side the road. Discarded along side of the road was the 8 track of Nazareth Hair of the Dog. It was the first time I heard it and I played the sh*t out of from that day on. My older friend down the street (huge Kiss fan) mocked me and said it was 'pop'.
Now how in the hell could this classic be called 'pop'?

I got into the band mainly with their release 2XS, which was about 1984. They have a rich 70s history, and I always felt there's a band that's under-rated, even then. I do recall someone in Jr High or High School who was seen wearing a Nazareth ball cap, I never got lucky there, but this band should be every bit as vital and respected as AC/DC, they are VERY similar!

For me, in my youth, FLAMING YOUTH was where it's at so KISS were my musical universe, They were prolific and larger then life enough to make it reality. Other bands without a presentation like Kiss wouldn't automatically cater to a younger demographic, so as you get on, you see how the pieces fit. In 1979 however, I'd say Pink Floyd rocked my World, and soon after, the bands UFO and MSG!
Solo cut at the critical moment, ARGH!!!! Well, you know it I hope!

You BB code the last part (the random alpha characters), so to open with a BB code : [youtube] To close the script with a BB code; [/youtube]...just remember the "/" or they won't work, no matter what specific BB code, they follow the same syntax.
ROCK the QUEENIE! hahaha, I forgot to add...

Time for a well deserved bump for this topic. Just got hold of a pack of "500 greatest rock songs of all time" pack, and I've never really strayed into this genre much before, due to a narrow-minded pre-judgement of these groups, but now I'm loving the genre. A few of the stand out songs for me at the moment from this pack include the following:
^Goes absolutely perfect whilst smoking a joint or two.
^Unless someone did a cover of this, think my dad used to play it as the first time I played it yesterday I instantly recognised it.
I already listen to groups such as The Who and whatnot, after my brother got me into it all at a young age.

God, Good to share the best tunes in the WORLD with you guys again, I got into a debate and that led to more Moderation, you know, I'm a loose cannon, but my taste in music is GODLY
I used to hate this song, it was overplayed, but I betcha none of you know it here! hahahaha Except Trip
OK, Bob Welch, for you all, member in the earliest Fleetwood Mac, but even solo, a notable musician in the period, he crafted songs that really were unlike any other.
Rock ain't dead, check this... Remember the Styx track from GTA? .... Renegade
UFO classic, since you can never have enough, Where are you peeps?

Because of Tyler blocking me and generally being rather rude about my ideas, This is my reply, take it or leave it, buddy:
Because of the age of these threads that get no love you say "don't answer" Well perhaps you didn't get the point about me getting messages from moderators for many bumps being too dated?!? Perhaps there better be some shared approval among mods on the terms of this forum's policies, I've felt you can, or should be able to bump anything within reason for years (my opin) On my forum, we offer a BUMP button instead of using a reply, this is what's needed at GTAF, in that area...it could be abused, but I think it's better then adding posted replies.
Something to think about
And Rock out to this in turn;

That'll just be extremely overused by people with multiple accounts bumping topics from a decade ago. Let's not add it.
Since you've already bumped this , let me contribute.
Heard this song for the first time in three years back in February. The first time I heard it was unfortunately from Tony Hawk's American Wasteland, which has one or two classic songs and awful dated punk rock from 2005.

Reasonable sorts don't abuse it, but I think it's a great option, maybe make it available only to those higher in the Forum Food Chain, those who are known to put logic into it
Anyway, If you all take part, we'll keep this going as it should.
