Do you really think Ryder saw the HEAT Missile coming, what with his intent on escaping?

But, many players think they have to swim after him and then chase in the boat. So they kill him for sure. Why would we expect him to survive?
I don't think any of the SA people are in the V game.

nah they won't be, even if alive. Any returned characters will be from IV, I even doubt that.

Nothing wrong with that, except I think most Players build up the LC by doing the Oysters collection. That accomplishes the same feat killing two birds with one stone.

The Likehood of Ryder being in V, would probably be slim, even if he didn't die; like people say...The 3rd GEN. is over (sadly) I would think he would be mentioned in V, not have a playable role. Then again who knows you could be right.

I think Ryder should have died later in the story. I think it wasn't as well though out as it should have been, I would have liked to dealt with him in bone county, or first arrival back In LS instead of the pier.

I don't like the way GTA SA gave Ryder an anti climatic death. The whole boat chase was excessive. Would have rather had him die later to make his death more dramatic.
