As for me, I strongly vote Hsin Jaoming. Although Lester Leroc AND Rudy D'avanzo are really close behind. The worst IMO? Chan Jaoming.

Hsin's theme is cool and Rudy's theme feels me like a Mafia Don but I love Kenny's theme much, because it drags me into game's atmosphere.
