Hm, I see what you mean. But that's a matter of trying. 0.0 is the center, shifting it backwards will improve drifting will perform better. Try values between -0.15 and -0.3, my advice. But as I said, is all a matter of trying, any negative value on Y coordinate will improve the overall handling, but careful, set it too negative and it will make some awesome wheelies lol.
Hope this helps wink.gif

Well, Itried out the trike, but what do you want exactly? I noticed it turns a little TOO sharp, and it's not THAT fast in velocity. I can also remove the ABS system if you want. Any ideas? I never drove a trike before, I have no idea how it feels like -.-'

Hello Edward,
.. can you make a handling line to fix this bug?

Increase the two values in vehicles.ide, they are size of collision-model for wheels (rear & front), the size of wheel-model is defined in .dff-file and if size is different between vehicles.ide and the actual wheel, you'll see bugs like wheels in ground (too small collision) or wheels floating (too big collision).

hi... may i ask, is it possible to make the cars i've added to handle just like the default turismo handling? i want to make my new cars drive exactly like the turismo as i've gotten used to it already. shouldn't copying the turismo's handling lines do the trick? i've been trying that but my cars still wont handle like the turismo. any help you can teach me? what should i do to make my cars drive exactly like the turismo???

Try changing this in vehicles.ide:

CODE
400, landstal,  landstal,  car,   ***LANDSTAL***,  LANDSTK,  null, normal,  10, 0, 0,  -1, 0.83, 0.83,  0

"LANDSTAL" which I marked with "***" is the handling used for each vehicle, just change it to turismo and your car will use same handling as Turismo. smile.gif

yeah i tried that too. nothing seems to work... my cars end up having really bad handling like its wheels are too stiff that it makes it hard to turn specially at faster speeds where i can barely turn at all...

That's because each vehicle has different suspension defined in the model, causing some bugs.

I installed Aston Martin One 77, but the tires are having a distance from the main body, can you reduce it.

can anyone solve my problem? i already added 11 cars successfully with their own names and sounds. only recently, i found out all of them were just using one handling line in the handling.cfg (even though they all drive very differently). they were all using the last entry in the handling.cfg. how do i make them use each of their respective handling lines?

Sorry, not possible. You can't add new handlings without bugs.

hey edward,
now that i have a joypad, i left 4wd drifting and now im doing rwd.
so im asking you if you can edit this handling:
CODE
1500.0 3800.0 2.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 70 0.70 0.86 0.50 5 180 80 7.0 R P 12.0 0.42 0 52 1.1 0.30 0.0 0.32 -0.06 0.5 0.3 1 0.60 45000 0 C00000 1 1 0

to make it look like this lfs drift video:
VIDEO
like, when i drift, the car "tail" keeps in the place and dont come back to the center.
and maybe make it a little slower than how it is now. Im using this model: http://files.gtainside.com/downloads/ftpe/...4th%20Stage.rar
and another request, if you can tell me the rwd drift variables so i can start editing by my own wink.gif

HI everyone!

kidyolo:

Here's a line for Jester:

CODE
1200.0  2600.0  5.0  0.0  -0.11  -0.195  75  0.65  0.9  0.48  5  250.0  43.0  20.0  R  P  10.0  0.5  0  45.0  1.1  0.145  0.0  0.1  -0.04  0.35  0.0  0.25  0.60  35000  C0002804  5404403  1  1  1  7

It's limited to 250 (and doesn't reach them too fast), low center of gravity, lower weight and chassis, a bit wider tires and xenon lights to look good. It does "medium-long" drifts, and if you're careful enough with the throttle, it can do some street drifting smile.gif

Test this one, and say what you think. The other ones will be based on this one (you didn't specify different specs, so...), and as soon as they're all done and tested, a pack will be released for download.
