Notice the 2012 i was talking about 2013.Also to fix it reinstall 3d max and get the manual install.

Now i see the bugs on 2013 missing pieces on objects sometimes and some other bugs on 2013.Maybe you can fix it proper i am switching to 2012 for now.

GIMS isn't a reason of 3D MAX 2013 bugs - I can't fix anything...

I don't know why all these strange GIMS bugs randomly appear in 3D MAX 2013. I'm not it's developer!

Bones in skinned meshes, bounds calculation...I even don't know what else to expect.

Downloaded web install version, it downloaded the files, when gims's 3dsmax window finished downloading files it showed an error message:
