Sorry for big pic but nessery so you can see.I don't understand why this happends i did everything correct in GIMS also crashes in game.Any suggestions?

Without checking the scene, I can only guess that you've done something wrong with skeleton\dummies position, or haven't reset X-Form before skinning.

That's what I did in UT3 when I rigged a single-mesh model to the game, since I'm not interested in chopping the whole thing up just for body armor. The same went when scarface2k did a Rayman-esque model, as he told me that SA crashes when you don't rig everything.

Haven't tried it myself, but texturing the cubes should be prudent enough.

Anyway, was the weapon pivot problem sorted out already?

I keep getting this bug and bugs the hell out of me i placed all bones correct.And did the cubes trick exported fine i haven't tested for crash yet.But hopping you look into this problem 3Doomer.

Tryed to test in game crack even with the head texture trick i did still crashing.

I say your methods are wrong and gims is not bugged.
Especially the crash problem, it´s not a gims fault, you lack knowledge to do it right, listen to Quechus, he knows it.
