I play GTA IV at 5040x1050. That's a lot higher than 1080P, and the game was installed from a DVD. Two, actually, but that's not the point. The point is that having a DVD drive has nothing to do with maximum resolution supported by hardware.

This reminds me of the leaked game list for last year's E3. It's too wish-y.

Ninja edit; I just read the first-party list instead of scrolling past it (I saw Mario and remembered that Nintendo hasn't made an interesting game in 30 years), and.. They're all called 'IP-name-here Cafe'. Project Cafe is a codename, they wouldn't name the games after that. It strikes me as a list made up by a fanboy with very little wits.

Maybe they haven't decided on a name, or don't wish to reveal it, and so call the games these temporary names as well.. But it's still fishy.

And how long will they be back in the game? The console is supposed to be released in 2012 and Microsoft and Sony are supposed to release their next gen consoles in 2014. That's just 2 years of advantage before those 2 assholes take over again. I hope the next gen will be the last gen. It's getting ridiculous. They should just make games on PC it's so much easier and god knows how many times we proved that it's better to develop for PC.

Uhm, Zelda, Mario etc?

And yeah, the list seems more like someone's wishlist rather then a reveal list. All it's done is list all the upcoming 360/PS3 games and put them on the Ninty list.

Hope we do start seeing some of the popular series coming to the Ninty console though.

And bullsh*t to the reveal list. There ain't no way those triple A titles would be coming to the Wii U.

They really need to make a decent Pokemon game with deeper RPG elements.

Well I think the idea of having a controller with a screen in it is interesting. It;s like, meeting the needs of the ADHD generation whose brains operate on 20 different levels at once. You could pretty much double the amount of info input with a second screen (touchscreen) that could be used for a whole bunch more controls.
Everything's getting more intense and complicated but it's fun right?

I imagine shooting games can be pretty intuitive now, attach the controller to a new style zapper and you can look through the controller for iron sights view, with hip firing operating the same as it always has.
