You should defintely include Ray Boccino since this is a pegorino DLC. Even if not a mission giver he should atleast appear in Phil's missions or something. Another character you could put in your story is Tommy.

I don't really think your story should start so late in the IV timeline, but if you really do I think you should scrap Playboy X since it's possible for him to die during The Holland Play (which takes place waaaay before you currently plan your story to start). Like in my topic King of the City and MOB's Code of the Streets, we were able to add PBX as a character since our stories start earlier in the IV timeline. Like I said before, right before Call and Collect would be a good place to start the story. About 35 missions would fit in the IV timeline well in my opinion.

Oh and maybe the intro could be Curtis 'Doc' Linnell shooting Frank and leaving him to die. Tyler rescues you and some guy who was once a doctor quickly fixes you up and Curtis would be a minor antagonist throughout the game.

Often phone you? No, I got my fill of bowling in the original thanks. I think that the whole friends calling you thing should go shoot itself and be replaced by only you ever calling friends.

This is a DLC. It's part of GTA IV, so was the phone. There has to be friend activities and phone stuff in this. So... Yeah.

About the character... Well there aren't really any other better characters that would be best fitting for a DLC, that are not taken I mean.

Missions
#1: Raise and Praise
Giver: None (Phil Bell?)
The cutscene starts with the church on camera. The outside is shown, it moves around a bit, showing off the area.
Then the camera moves inside. The priest is talking, and Frankie is standing there as a groom with a smart suit, next to a light brown haired woman dressed as a bride. The priest continues talking and the camera continues moving. Finally, Frankie blurts out an 'I do.' He kisses the bride. Everyone cheers and they go outside, were they are greeted and all. The second things calm down a bit, Phil Bell approaches you. "Frankie! God dammit we have troubles coming over. I just got a message from Spaz, we got company." Phil catches his breath, Frankie helps him out and pats him on the back. "Man, not now! I just got married! I never get a break." Frankie complains. "Yeah yeah enough with the whining, we have to get all these people out of here." Phil states. The bride come next to Frankie, she looks worried. "What's going on, Frank?" Phil raises his hand before Frankie can speak. "We have troubles coming over, Marlene, I need you to take all these people out of here. Let's grab those car and stuff them in. Frankie my back hurts, you drive me and I'll bring Tuna and the others." He says. He throws the car keys at Frankie, which he barely catches. "A'ight. Let's go!"

You are now in command of Frankie.
"Come on Frank, I ain't got all day!" Phil shouts, getting in the car.
Get in the car.

"Yeah, Marlene, Uh-huh. Yep. Westdyke, ok." Phil says on the phone.
"So… Westdye it is?" Frankie asks.
"What do you think?" Phil asks, annoyed.
"I'm sorry boss. I'll get going." Frankie recalls, scared.

Drive over to Westdyke.

Seonds after you start driving, another cutscene will come on.
"There they are!" An albanian says with a heavy accent.
"sh*t, they got us. Step on it boy!" Phil says, hurriedly.

Lose the Albanians.

"Now that was close." Phil says, once the albanians are gone and you are close to westdyke.
"Sorry about that boss." Frankie says, miserably.
"It's ok, Frankie. I shouldn't have brought the troubles. It's your wedding after all." Phil says calmly.
"Thanks boss." Frankie says.
"Call me up when you are calmed down and all. o=Or come to my place. Yeah, do that. Goodbye Frank."

MISSION PASSED
Reward: $200
Phil Bell on HUD.
Safehouse blip.

Mission Name: Truck Out

Mission Giver: Phil Bell

Frank recieves a text message from Phil, telling Frank to meet him inside Drusilla's. Frank steps inside to find Phil sitting down with a well-dressed italian. Phil introduces the man as Ray Boccino. Frank tries shaking hands with Ray but Ray declines. When Frank sit's down at the table Ray will complain that he doesn't need some bum working for him. Frank is a bit furious but doesn't say nothing, knowing Ray is a high ranking mob member. Phil respond's to Ray's comment saying "He may be some bum, but give him a chance". Ray say's "Alright, whateva", before explaining that he plans to steal some cloned meds from the triads so he can sell them for some cash, he set up a fake partnership with the triads, steal a truck parked inside a bohan garage and bring it over to Fishmarket South. Some irish guy named Packie is gonna wait for them to fill the truck with the cloned meds then jack it. Frank is a bit unsure, saying he doesn't really wanna bring himself in crime, but if he can get some bucks for it he's in.

The truck is parked inside the bohan garage. Sneak inside and take it. Several men will shoot at you. Armed with your pistol, either kill them and take the truck or just jack it and lose a car of men. After this, bring it over to Fishmarket South. A pistol armed triad aims at you, asking you who the hell you are. Frank freaks out a bit and put's his hands before explaining that Ray Boccino sent him. The triad get's in and park's the car inside. After completing the mission, Frank call's Phil to confirm he got the job done.

Rewards: $700

You get a text from Ray, he is impressed by what you just did and offers some more job oppurtunites.

You get a phone call from Tyler Glover. He ask's where you have been and tell's you to come over to his apartment.

RB and TG icons are now on your map.

Mission Name: Bullet on my Burger

Mission Giver: Ray Boccino

Frank walks in to Ray's apartment. He finds him smoking his cigar. He is with his feet on the table, and he's relaxing. Frankie walks in. "

FRANKIE: You Ray? You send me a text–
RAY: I know what I did. No need for repetition, we have no much time. I have to trust you in this one, ok?
FRANKIE: Well, I guess that's something you CAN do.
RAY: Ok. I need someone to shut up. He's been bad mouthing me. Your uncle told me you can take care of that...
FRANKIE: Who? Phil? Yeah I can do that. Where's this target you're talking about.
RAY: Yeah, he mentioned you were kind of a dumbass too. Whatever. The target is on Westdyke. He's hanging by the Burger Shot. Goes by the name of Stewart 'Shotta' Ottis.
FRANKIE: Got it, I'll give you a call one this is over.
RAY: You better. Go!
Frankie: Yes... Boss.

Frankie goes out through the door.

You know take control of Frankie. Grab any car and drive over to the Burger Shot. Once you reach the place, the target will be sitting with his 'homies' eating a burger. Walk up to him.

FRANKIE: You Shotta?
SHOTTA: Yeah. Who the 'ell are you?
FRANKIE: Not important. Ray Boccino wants you dead.
SHOTTA: Before killing me, he'll have to get me!
Shotta springs from his seat, pushes you and runs around the back door. His 'homies' follow him.
Frankie stands up. You need to chase Shotta and eliminate him.

Shotta will drive around in circles around Westdyke and Leftwood. You don't have to explode his car or shoot at him while he's on a vehicle, after a while he'll crash against a tree and go on foot, which is way easier.
Once Shotta is dead, you'll call Ray. He'll congratulate you and tell you to come back for more 'errands' done.

Rewards: $800

Ray texts you to come back again.

Nice mission. You know what I think would make a good crossover between our stories? Frank goes on some kind of arms deal with Juan Hernandez (a character from my story) but Juan gets busted and you have to escape a wanted level. This would explain how he went to prison in my story and Willy had to break him out. If you look at the timeline I think would be good for your story it could be mission 5.

I like the mission, Blitz. But I think if you're going to turn Boccino in to a main character, we should see more of what led to his downfall. Maybe his vanity? Vanity destroyed half of the Pegorino family, really. Maybe Ray's love for himself causes him to send you on increasingly erratic errands Would also love to see that garbage truck scene that Luca described in IV, where Ray crushed a guy in a trash compactor who stole money from him. Good luck.
