The rest is made by me except for vehicles which were borrowed from gtagarage. If any of them is yours, then tell me and I will credit you.
You play as 30 year old Frankie Gallo, Phil Bell's nephew. Frankie is a half-italian, half-american guy, but he grew up with little money and has lived that way his whole life. No family member loans him any money as they think he is a bum. Frankie has a dream of becoming a millionaire someday, he wants to live the 'American Dream.' However, things aren't going really good for him now. His gambling addiction grows by the minute, he is wanted dead by many, and he needs to put food on the table for him and his newly-married wife, Katie Houston. As an enforcer for the Pegorino Crime family, Frankie doesn't really take his job seriously. However, things really need to start getting better, because after you are betrayed and stolen, you are left with nothing but pure anger and rage.
Frank 'Frankie' Gallo Frankie is Bell's nephew, as well as the protagonist of the game. He isn't the brightest guy on the block but he can make himself invisible if he wants to. He used to live in the projects, but has now moved in with his wife. He is slightly different as he was in the original game, his hair is a bit shorter at the back, his beard isn't too noticeable and he is skinnier. His jacket also fits better, not dangling at the back like a cape. He is a gambling addict and is involved in a lot of things. He has drug trafficking and armed robbery business. Considered an excellent mafioso, when he considers himself more of a hood. He supports his mother and his sister, who unlike him is very smart and now attending college on a full scholarship. Don't worry about Frankie having a wife, he is an excellent liar, he cheats on her a lot, having some girlfriends he calls, 'distractions.' Frankie is really into car fixing and was a greaser when he was at school. Has a similar appearance to 'Sodapop' from the Outsiders. He is also the Enforcer of the Pegirino crime family.
Criminal Record: 1996 - Burgarly 1998 - Grand Larceny 2000 - Grand Theft Auto 2004 - Possession Stolen Property
Tyler Glover Tyler is your best friend throughout the game. He will often phone you to do activities together, like eating, drinking, or other types of entertainment. Tyler is also a member of the projects you used to live in, but since you moved, he recalls he's been feeling 'alone' lately. Tyler is from african-american decent, and he speaks with a low voice and with heavy street slang. He likes to wear a toothpick on his mouth, says it makes him tough.
Danny Evans Danny is an african-american arms dealer. He is your friend throughout the game, (he has the same relationship Brucie has with Niko.) He says he is excellent with the ladies, although you jokingly say you've never seen him with one. He is very funny and loves making jokes out of everything. He is very optimistic and will often text you cheesy jokes.
Curtis 'Doc' Linnell He has an excellent life made out of drug dealing. With a huge mansion in alderney and lots of money, he surely doesn't like getting messed with, and unfortunately Frankie hates him too much and wants to 'bust a cap on his ass'. He betrays you, at first he will be your 'friend' and when you go with him to a very important drug deal, once you're shot, he'll leave you to die. Then run away himself from the cops. However, you won't be busted. Tyler will come and help you out.
Robert J. 'Rambo' WillisRobert J. 'Rambo' Willis White rapper with excellent rhymes, parody of Eminem. Rambo is starting his rapping career, and things are going great. He states that he gets a new chick every day. He has a huge mansion in Alderney, and is he says he is heavily guarded by security. He is pretty heavy in drugs, especially marijuana.
Trevor 'Tre' Gallo Your little brother. Lives in the projects, too. He is wanted by some guys, therefore he is kind of scared to go outside. Usually hangs around the Homebrew cafe. He has always been pretty lazy, but he has natural talent when it comes to killing people.
Otto Tyler Otto is a returning character from 'Bully.' At the moment he is pretty heavy in drinking, but when Rambo offers him a cigarette or joint, he refuses to take it because he says it makes him smell bad, making the girls like him less. He is pretty depressed about his father disinheriting him, and his mother's death. It is thought that he uses alcohol to suppress the damage.
Jerry 'JP' Williams This is thought to be 'Jerry' from the 'Townies' Clique in Bully, however, there is no actual proof. He is trying to end his gang life and pass to a decent job, where he will try and form a family. He isn't in drugs of any type, he says he can't risk it. He is a friend of your through the game.
Nicholas 'J-Dubb' Mathews A mulatto rapper that's starting to bust rhymes. He has recorded one successful song that can be heard on 'Beat 102.7.' He will help you out in the game.
Jacob 'Little Jacob' Hughes Rasta man with a lot of time in his hands. Seems to function better when in drugs, though. He is very loyal to you through the game. He and Real Badman give you some of the first missions.
Jermaine Andrews Working at the Pay 'N' Spray, Jermaine has the same plans of Frankie, and in fact, Jermaine gives you several missions in which he will reveal several tragic stories about his childhood and past life.
Trey 'Playboy X' Stewart He is highly pissed when called Trey, and that's what you call him. He is your friend and the missions he gives have to do with drugs. However, he pays a lot and it is possible to enter his house during free roam, he won't be there, though. He has a drug addiction and always seems to snort the whole thing at once.
Jonah Covey Jonah is another arms dealer, however he is white. He speaks with a lot of street slang and is known on the streets for his excellent beatboxing skills. He is also one of your best friends, being a childhood colleague throughout school. Jonah loves wearing hats, but when pushed or punched, his hat will fall off, revealing his short, brown spiky hair. He, like Danny, loves making jokes. He laughs at everything, even when you fall or are shot. He says stuff like, 'Good one, keep it going champ!' When you are shot or 'Dude, you're supposed to walk with your legs, not your body.' When you fall. When it involves him getting hurt, it's a different story. He'll yell stuff like 'Dammit Frankie, when I fall, you grab me, when I'm shot, you take me to the damn hospital!'
Rodrigo Stavnes Rodrigo is hispanic with a slight spanish accent like Luis. He is your friend and is considered glum. He is taller than he seems, and if you don't take a cab while returning from the mission, he'll ask to do a drive-by. However, it's completely optional. He often states that 'As a kid no one wanted to share with him none' or that 'My papa used to hit me, hard. Wanna see the bruises?' If you pick up a fight with him, he will say stuff 'I'll hit you like my daddy used to hit me!'
Phil Bell Phil has a main role throughout the game, he calls you often and several missions are given to you by him. He cannot be unlocked as a friend, though, stating he doesn't have the time. Phil is involved in all types of crimes. He is your uncle and often calls you an 'idiot' or 'dumbass.'
Criminal Record: 1984 - Grand Theft Auto 1988 - Promoting Gambling 1990 - Manslaughter 2005 - Racketeering
Jimmy 'Peg' Pegorino Jimmy is a high-class rank Mafioso. He is not seen a lot through the game, but the missions he gives you are very important. Pegorino is the boss of the Pegorino Crime family. He is 51 years old and always smokes a cuban cigar.
Elizabeta Torres A is also 31-year old successful drug dealer in Bohan.
Dave 'The Stiff' Johnson Dave is a 30 year old successful mobster. He likes to work alone and works for anyone who pays. He is very skilled with guns, called the Stiff because of how tall he is and how he leaves his victims stiff and dead.
Steven Jabowitz A friend of yours, he is a 43 year old gambling addict and is involved in some serious stuff. A friend of yours throughout the game.
Supporting Characters: Freddy Paparo Freddy is always anxious and preoccupied, stating that 'the feds are after him.' He will give you lots of missions but is killed by feds in his last missions. He pays good but he isn't listed as your friend.
James 'JFuse' Williams Terrible rapper, he has a good voice but his rhymes don't
rhyme. He is living out of drug dealing at the moment but plans on quitting it in the nearby future.
Keith 'Steam' Andrews Works at the local Pay 'N' Spray, he is Jermaine Andrew's brother.
Niko Bellic Appears in some missions. Intoduced to you in the first mission.
 Radio's NEW

Internet
New:
CashforDeadDreams.com Sell your junk for MONEY! Yes, money! We buy everything, in good or bad conditions, it doesn't matter. Just send it to us, and wait for the cash to start arriving!
SixFigureTemps.com: Do your kids need personal training? Of course they do! Call 857-555-0822 and we'll arrive. Or, bring your kids to us! We'll put them in excellent shape!
StopPayingYourMortgage: Free stuff! Just go into a shop, grab whatever, yell 'STOP PAYING YPUR MORTGAGE DOT COM!' and run away. This tells the owners that you are registered to our site, but if somebody pulls you over, you might want to run away as they probably want to steal the stuff you just got.
HammersteinFaust.com: We BANK your money, safely! We may not be registered, but we do know how to keep money safe! LifeInvader.com: Let US help YOU! With LifeInvader, we put security to it's limits!
GambleMoneyOnline.com: Online gambling is now here!
Updated Sites VIP Luxury Ringtones: New phone themes, ringtones, and alerts will be added to your phone. Each costs about $10.
Auto Eroticar: You can now buy any car, they will spawn in front of the safehouse of your choice.
The Liberty Tree: Change layout, funnier stories.
Weazel News: Funnier, some grammatical and spelling mistakes.
Public Liberty Online: Funnier and messing everything up.
libertycitypolice.com More database members
liesdamnlies.net: More myths
T.V Shows: 13 and Broke: 13 year olds crying and shouting because they have no money. A parody of 16 and pregnant.
Stiffs: C.S.I parody, really dramatic and funny.
Beach sight: parody of Baywatch, nice looking people running in slow motion.
Gnalf: Parody of 'Alf.' Same idea, except Gnalf is extremely dumb. Dumber than Alf.
Liberty's House of Models: Parody of America's next top model, with Princess Watermelondrea Shanks as the hostess.
Vehicle Customization: Customize your vehicle however you want, rims, hood, color, graphics. All these features can be changed. You can also customize motorbikes.
Beatboxing Duels: Stand in the stage and beatbox against the partner. To beatbox, tap the instructed button at a rhythm. You win points and at the end the one with the most score wins.
Dance Off's: While on a club, stand in the middle and you can dance against another person. It's a lot like beatboxing, tap the button at a rhythm to gain a score. The one with the most score wins. (You can also dance with a girl, just approach a girl dancing alone in the dance floor. If you finish the dance, you go to the bathroom and do 'your business. with her')
Poker: Just go to one of the places to play poker, usually bars, and start the game. You can choose Liars Dice, Texas Hold 'Em, or Blackjack. You can also play it online now, and the money you earn automatically adds to what you have. If you are wearing a smart suit, then you can enter high-class poker, it's the same except that bets are way higher and games are longer.
Drug Dealing: Not drug wars, but you actually perform a drug deal. Sometimes it goes wrong, and the people try to steal from you or shoot you. Just get to the place with 'the stuff' on time and perform the drug deal.
Arms Dealing: This is a huge part in the game because Frankie really likes weapons and enjoys having them and making money out of them. There are two types of Arms Dealing in the game, (idea by Stonehead57 modified a bit by me) Call Tyler or Danny or any other arms dealer. (On their calling options, there's a button for 'Jobs' Or 'Arms Dealing' click on that.) The dealer will either command you to go steal some weapons and bring them back, or to sell them at a deal. Either way is illegal, so watch out for the cops!
Truck HI-Jacking: This is what I think is the most fun. Usually the trucks have drugs, weapons, or other stuff inside (pills, electronics, expensive clothes, etc.). Your objective is to steal the truck and drive it to the lockup, but try not to get so much attention to yourself! Remember Truck Hustle? The mission in which Niko has to climb to the truck's roof and kill the guy? This is the same thing. Try to stay in place on the roof while the guy drives, careful in falling, though! To start this side-mission, go to the 'Contact' (Phonebooth, there are several scattered around the city) and do it, a lot like the Fixer missions.
LC Cage Fighting: Bareknuckle boxing. Pay $50 to play and earn cash per round. After every round, you can choose to continue or quit. If you do not want to play, you can bet on two guys. Choose the guy and place your bet. Bet consists on $500-$5000.
Hired Muscle/Personal Bodyguard: Just call a guy and offer him your service, he will agree or disagree (Sometimes they call YOU.). If he agrees, go to his place and escort him or help him or do whatever he needs doing. If he disagrees, just hang up and call another dude.
Security/Bouncer: Of Bahama Mama's. You can also go inside and dance and do whatever. However, Maisonette 9 is later on unlocked. By being a security you do the same thing Luis does, just check the place and get the troublemakers out.
Street Races: These are highly illegal, and attract a lot of attention from the feds. Be careful, if they bust you, you loose. Just get a car and head to the start line. Then race and win!
Spray Painting: Like Bully, there are certain places you can spray paint. Just place your tag, usually your name or gang, without being seen.
Back: Vigilante, Paramedic, Taxi, Firefighter, Beach Patrol. (Same as always, also, for Vigilante you can capture the guys alive. shoot them on the leg and go towards them to handcuff them. Then take them back alive. Police will not bother you or get in your way while in this side-mission.)

THIS IS NOT DONE, A LOT MORE TO COME REALLY SOON. This post has been edited by blitz. on Sunday, Apr 17 2011, 16:01

Wow, it's been a while since I visited a concept thread, and on the rare occasions I do, I only visit ones I know 'cause I've completely lost my faith into new concepts, 'cause, well, nine times out of ten they really suck. But this is what I call and exception, great work man Awesome pick for a protagonist.
