Dude... You didn't even check yourself. The only ringtone on there is the start-up GTA IV intro theme.

oh well, links vanish...

I've downloaded the complete set back in 2009...
included all ringtones, backgrounds and even the different sounds after finishing a mission.

well, google it or look somewhere else.

Let me tell you, the ringtones ALL got ingame quality. This means, they're quite silent and do sound crappy.

The only sounds having a nice quality are the specific sounds after you complete certain taks and missions. The very sounds are inlcuded in the download pack as well.

However, just GOOGLE them or look on:

www.filestube.com, then search for GTA IV ringtones.
