in Police station of Washington Beach, go to police bathroom, every 10 seconds there is a strange sound , sounds like water. it make me scared the first time i hear it

But an interesting topic. If I remember, there is really water under VCPD (check the water level on the bridge near VCPD and look on the ground level, where the VCPD building is placed).
