One time in the mission "Nice Package" while everyone and me was trying to take the package someone else got it and I tried to jump back in a car but I entered the passenger seat and a Cuban in the driver side and he drove around, it was awesome!

Oh Yeah, I've had that a couple of times, if a car is parked up against a wall with the drivers side with a ped against the wall and you jack the non drivers side, there is no way for the ped to get out so your character just sits in the left seat while the ped drives. It's not to hard to do but I've never managed it with a public servise vehicle (Police car, Ambulance)
