I had no idea you could buy so much sh*t from the store. I've been working my ass of in the Recon Class in hopes of finding the M40 and haven't got there yet. I feel like buying a weapons class is cheating though. I'm going to hold back on doing that simply because I feel like it's too easy maybe? I don't know.

So when I go to play BF3 it comes up with a message saying my profile has been damaged. It then comes up with the messages saying that I have unlocked Back to Karkand and all that sh*t but I downloaded that ages ago. I also have to choose my brightness and everything. I checked my rank there is nothing with that but all my are classes are f*cked up.

How did my profile get damaged?

A qiuck question: would it be wise to swap the med kit for the m320 in the support class?

That's Assault only equipment. Support gets ammo bags no matter what, then they can choose between C4, claymores and mortars.

Sounds more like file corruption on your hard drive. Since all of your settings but not your rank (which is saved on a server) is gone.

I don't know if I am just lucky or suddenly have become super skilled at taking helicopters out with a tank but I am doing it all the time now. Three heli kills in one game.

lol. Opposite end for me. I seem to have suddenly gotten skilled taking out tanks in the helicopter

I suck ass in attack choppers, but I am awesome in Scouts. Attacks are just too big and slow. Scouts have the cannons on them, instead of rockets. I can't aim rockets, I can aim a gun. But I have suddenly gotten better in the Attacks recently (and jets too ).

I just like vehicles in general, and I can't wait for Armored Kill. CQ will give us a lot of new guns, but I am really interested in the new vehicles we will get with AK . I am waiting more for these packs than I am for GTA V info .

Just not worth digging through the scrap that is that section for info. Just forgetting about it and playing BF3 is great.

PS. Glad they fixed the A-91 tags. Started using it again. Glad they also fixed the M26 with tags and the shotgun ribbon. The only shotguns I use are pump action with slugs (M870 and M26). They require the most skill.
Pump action=Slow.
Slugs=Actually being skilled enough to hit a target with a bullet, not spray (buck/flechette).

^Same reason I use bolt-action as opposed to semiauto (too easy)

Jeezy Creezy. I just joined the Bad Bastards group on BF3Stats to take a look. How in the hell do you get 720 SPM EmSixTeen?

I do a lot, but damn! I did compare us and apparently my skill level is higher. I don't understand this, by pretty much every conceivable stat you beat me but my skill is higher. Ho do they calculate this?


So the heavy barrel is actually kind of useful now. Before the update it was a pile of sh*t, now it is decent. I either go between heavy barrel or flash suppressor, this makes my L85A2 godly. It's such a great gun. They say it is terrible in close quarters but when all of my bullets hit before their highly inaccurate gun can get all of its in then I win a lot. I also have a G18 for close quarters if need be.

Agreed. I love the Glock 18. I have over 800 kills with it
I'm near the top 100 with it. I use it a lot as a sniper to get where I need to

Oh, and skill really isn't very reliable. You can be epic and have a skill level of 900-1000, then when you suck one match, it drops 200-300. He may have had such a case . I had an epic match and rise mine over 100. Two short, bad matches afterward erased that work

In the last games I've played, I've ran around with only a defibrillator, dying over and over. Skill is hugely variable though anyway, it's not even worth looking at.. it's probably the most useless stat.

As for SPM.. Well, I do a lot. I'm always chasing down the objective, or trying to take out whatever is hassling my team. Even things like making sure whichever point the squad is around is constantly called to get a stream of attack and defend orders. Medals don't hurt.

Just can't get enough of 1500 ticket Gulf of Oman matches. You can never truly have a winner until the end. It doesn't matter whether it is 100 tickets to 500. It can always swing around . Great way to get ribbons that are normally harder to get, simply due to the length of the matches. Only downside, is that you only get one conquest ribbon every 90 minutes . But it is great practice to use any and every class, weapon type, and vehicle.

Well I hope everyone here won't join the M26 bandwagon with the one-shot-equals-300-damage glitch.

Tried it for the 2 days and 2 service stars later you get the point: it's glitched as hell and really not fun anymore. Although it's still a challenge to aim properly (and fast) it's just boring to see everyone drop dead after one click...

Glitch? I use the M26 a lot, and I haven't noticed a glitch with it. What exactly is glitched?
