Because they're a sh*tty developer, that's why. f*ck Activision too, lazy ass publisher couldn't force treyarch to dedicate a small team to make this game.
I always hated CoD anyway so it doesn't bother me, i'm getting a Vita along with Unchared:GA, AC3 and Killzone in november. i only buy quality games not half-assed disasters like this:

Yes, they are a VERY bad developer. The worst game i ever played was in fact made by them and it was PSmove heros.
Why have they not closed yet? All there games have been panned by critics. All of them.

So how do PS1 game's look on the Vita's OLED screen?
Awesome, more control options, better sound, framerate, etc. than when I played about a decade ago! I hope PS2 Classics will come to the Vita or PSP3 by 2020. Portable gaming is the future, especiially with remote play and cross controller. Sony is doing it right!
