Mmm. The PSP Go came out here for $399AUD, so this one will possibly be more expensive, maybe say $449

It's really amazing how the early games on the portable device look like technically and visually. Uncharted looks nearly like Uncharted 1 on PS3. This is only the beginning, but what about when the developers start using the full potential of the device in a later stage of its lifespan? I think they could surpass the original Uncharted and go for something nearly like Uncharted 2. The thing that I'm also excited about is that Rockstar Games has been confirmed as one of the supporting publishers.

Yeah I remember having PS3 there for around 1000$ in the beginning.
The PSP still costs around 300$ right now...
If ever getting it, gotta order it from somewhere abroad I guess.

Keep in mind this tech is in the hands of the people who not only created the dev kit, but have been working with it for a long time. Titles around launch probably won't take full advantage of the hardware, and developers aren't going to take a large interest until they see how sales of the device are performing.

It has a quad core chip inside. I'd say this is only a lbit worse than PS3's hardware but since the screen resolution is smaller, developers can make smaller texture and improve the other aspects of the games such as shadows, visual effects etc.
