Graphics Glitch Problem

Proud Gamer(: Group: Members Joined: Nov 21, 2009	When I play III, it runs real smooth and everything, but when it's nighttime or it rains in III, there's like a shadow or something that repeats in my computer screen, I play a lot of PC games and nothing like this happened before, and can I get a preference on how to run III better using NVIDIA Control Panel and III Display Settings. Also, I connect my Laptop to my HDTV and there is no Graphic Glitch at night or rain, any help? And sometimes when I go to fast, like shadow come for like a split second, anyway I can fix that? trails?
