Oblivion is the fate of all things. Group: Members Joined: Sep 23, 2010	I know what building you are talking of: let's call it Cerberus Headquarters. At first, your group has no guns, vehicles, or people. It's only you. You gain cash for each missions you design and the number of gang members (members you can use for your gang) you earn each mission is relative to it. If you win $80, you gain eight gang members. With the cash you earn, you can buy weapons and vehicles. Well, I would recommend you to read the main post as it contains most of the information you need.
