I know there is a radio station poll already. Which GTA has the best overall soundtrack? You can count sound effects and voice acting too. Mine is GTA IV EFLC. Theme song is not the best one but it has great voice actors and amazing radio stations with many popular songs.
As tempted as I was to vote for Vice City after playing it all week, I had to go for San Andreas. I didn't really like IV's soundtrack nor the additions in the Episodes (bar the new tracks on LRR which saved the station), but the SA soundtrack for me was the best of the bunch. A great selection of rock tunes both classic and alternative, excellent old-school hip-hop and gangster rap, and the fantastic SF-UR and CSR selections. And hell, who can forget Amos Moses on K-Rose?

It was between eflc an SA however I went with good old SA. The variety of soundtracks blew me away and fitted perfectly with the three cities. Eflc was great in the fact that vice city fm had some great music from back in the 80's. I was born in the early 90's though still love their music!
I think Episodes from Liberty City had the best soundtrack. San Andreas, Vice City and VCS close after. The songs on Lips 106 and Head Radio in GTA III and LCS were pretty awsome as well.
San Andreas, all the way. A few songs from the SA radio stations even found a way onto my personal playlist on my phone, because they're just that good. K-Jah radio is my favourite.
EFLC for me. I loved new Electro chok songs, from GTA4 they sucked. Even if I hated how they removed russian songs from GTA4 Vladivostok, but new ones were good too.
It just has to be Vice City for me. The 80's tunes were brilliant and helped bring the game to life. San Andreas does come close but it didn't have that 'wow' factor for me so hat's off to VC. At the other end of the scale I found GTA IV soundtrack to be the worst of all GTA's.
