Are you sure you also put the other files/folders at the proper places?

Yes I put tommy.img and tommy.ide in cdimages folder images.txt gta.dat in common data

It doesn't exist by default so you must create it yourself.

Please help i have net framework 4 and a working scripthook bu net_dll not working My ragdoll and Simple Native trainer is working, i put the whole files to folders like you said. My GTA IV patch 1.0.7.0... In game im pressing the F6 F7 F8 but nothing happens... scripthook is working but net scripthook isn't...

Still needs a proper texture, thats just a picture I used for modeling overlayed. I stopped working on it 2 years ago as there was no way to import custom models back then. Just found this on my old harddrive and thought what the heck.. I can make a texture but it needs to be mapped and what not. I didn't even know where to begin though when it comes to IV standards.

man, can someone make the original clothes of Claude for GTA IV(the Leather Jacket w/ a black shirt under it, and a better cargo pants), and bammargera, please, use the PC Claude head, it's better, in the XBox he looks strange! PLEASE! PLEASE!

No and no, sorry but no, when IV ped modelling is possible I probably will port Claude along with Tommy across, for now I won't.
