[RussianCJ]

This is a modification, that will bring you back to Vice City of 80's, but on this time it will be on GTA IV (RAGE) engine.
We're planning to make a conversion of Vice City (including transport, atmosphere, weapons).

The first and only beta version of the modification was released on the 12th of January, 2012. You can still find torrents through the internet to download it.

Our project is being developed since last year. We have our own ideas about conversion. We have already researched a lot about RAGE engine and I think, that soon you'll receive a very good news about it.

It would be more logical, if GTARandom would join our team. I named the reasons in the earlier posts.

A) GTArandom releases his work and he gets all downloads and this noob gets damn owned hard and he leaves GTA MODDING couse he feels all his work
has gone to hell

B) This guy has been smart and he is not jking and has the same work Random has and maybe with bettah quality

For gods sake don't stop, worst comes to worst and we get a situation like San Vice and Open Vice, both have there benefits and drawbacks, the community can individually choose which they prefer, don't let your hard work be for nothing

Ok, once RussianCJ's and GTARandom's is done I will pick who is best.

Although I still doubt GTARandom is the best because he has provided us lots of screenshots and proof that he and his team actually started it.
