Glitches can always be fixed by updates and stuff,unless the PS3 lacks that.

If the game didn't fit into their tastes they wouldn't have bought it in the first place,unless they are dumb.I normally research the game before buying it.

Sadly, my pc cannot run it. I'm working on getting money to upgrade my pc, which is part of the reason I sold it. (to a gamestop, nonetheless!) I'm trying to get the money to upgrade my pc, which is going to take at least a month and two weeks of no sleep, and I'm waiting anxiously for the GOTY edition. Oh, yeah. It's also gonna be at least a year until it is released.

In case it's tl;dr, (which idk why it would be) I want to upgrade my PC to be able to play Skyrim, and I would prefer buying the GOTY and saving the money from buying individually, but it's tempting me to get it for PS3 again.

I have Aela as a follower and I took away her hunting bow and gave her a glass bow. But yet everytime we get into combat I look and she's back to using a hunting bow. How is this possible? I took away her hunting bow. I dont see how this is possible.

It's a bug with followers.

Followers have default weapons and apparel that can never be removed from their inventory. What should happen is if you give a follower an item that has a higher rating than the one they have, they will equip it but there are several bugs - most common is the bow. The only bow most followers with this bug will use is the Forsworn bow, which can be smithed and enchanted.

I'm having a similar problem with Erik the Slayer's boots and gauntlets. I've got him wearing the Dragonborn's gear from the trailers, which is iron helm, studded armour, iron boots & gauntlets. His default gear is all iron and no helm, so I made him all the Dragonborn gear and smithed it up to epic. He's equipped the armou and helm but looking in his inventory, it just says the boots and gauntlets are carried items.

Crunch time in this Jordis the Sword-Maiden playthru. I can't continue the civil war unless I go to Bleak Falls Barrow and get the dragonstone. I managed to give Baalgruf Ulfric's axe, but he just says, "I'll take the axe, but I'm not going to do anything until you've sorted out this dragon problem." I even went to Ulfric to tell him I'd handed over the axe. His line, "I thought I gave you something to do" WTF? I did it!

That's why I've enlisted Erik the Slayer - either he's going to be my Dragonborn or I'm going to use Adelaisa Vendicci as a stand in for my battlemage - who used Jordis as a follower. Damn Bethesda, why won't you let us roleplay?

It sucks, but it's not like followers are useful for anything except being bait.

For any 360 people who are considering purchasing the Dawnguard DLC next week - without giving any specific info, I can say that I played the sh*t out of the beta and I can verify that it is definitely worth the 20 bucks.

Just one question. Do you have to have gotten some way into the main quest before you can start Dawnguard, or can you start it before 'Message to Whiterun' or 'Bleak Falls Barrow'

I'm something like level 30 with my vampire and I've not done any of the MQ.
