Niko: Packie, I need one of your bombs.
Packie: Okay, the bomb is in Star Junction.
Niko: Thanks man.
Niko drives the truck to Star Junction with the sirens on. They also take some NOOSE uniforms from the truck. Brucie picks up the bomb and rigs it at the back of the truck. He gets back in, and they continue to the police station.
Luis: The drugs should be leaving the station at 17:20. It's 16:50.
Roman: So we got half an hour to take the stuff.
They get into the police station and Niko gets out along with Roman, Brucie, and Luis.
Officer: You here to watch the convoy?
Luis: Sure.
Niko calls Packie and detonates the bomb. The truck explodes, and the NOOSE officers are mostly dead. Ten more NOOSE officers storm out of the station. The truck with the drugs takes off early. Niko and Roman get in a police Buffalo and Brucie and Luis get on a Police Bike. Brucie drives while Luis fires his M4A1 at the truck. Niko drives while Roman shoots with the aim of a pretzal.
Several police cruisers show up and crash Brucie off of the bike. Luis picks him up, and he drops sticky bombs at the cars. The bombs cause a chain reaction which almost blow up Niko's car.
Niko: Hey, watch it!
1. Luis runs out of sticky bombs to blow up the armoured truck.
2. A tank shows up and pushes Niko's car to the side.
3. Police bikes appear and start shooting at Niko.
4. The truck crashes at the Booth Tunnel.

When the gang reach the Algonquin Bridge 10 police bikes show-up and the officers start firing at the Buffalo.

At this time now Niko is skillfully driving the Buffalo around the streets of Dukes whilst Roman panics.
Roman: "They're everywhere, DRIVE MAN, DRIVE!"
Niko: "Shut up or I'll throw you out of the car!"
Two police bikes crash into the petrol station in Cerveza Heights causing an explosion which knocks another officers off of his bike. Another police bike crashes into a parked car outside of the LC24 Tower. Police bikes crash one by one into things eventually leaving just two pursuing the Buffalo, which now is billowing black smoke.
Niko: "Damn these two are really getting on my nerves!"
Niko heads back to the Algonquin Bridge and when he attempts to drive up an on-ramp is met by Luis and Brucie slowly coming towards the Buffalo on a Faggio.
Niko: "SSHHIII-"
Niko sharply swerves the Buffalo around the Faggio resulting in driving over the side of the bridge, and crashing the car into some benches in the pedestrian walkway area behind Michelle's house in Rotterdam Hill. The two police bikes smack into the Faggio sending them too flying over the side of the bridge, only they fall all the way down to a road in BOABO. Luis and Brucie are knocked-off of the bike and roll to the side of the road.
Luis: "F*ck, that hurt."

Niko and Roman stagger out of the crashed Buffalo which is about to explode when...
1. Brucie jumps over the edge of the bridge and lands on the Buffalo right when it explodes.
2. A patrolling LCPD officer who saw the crash, and quickly recognizes Niko and Roman, attempts to arrest the two.
3. Roman has a heart attack.
4. An LCPD Maverick hovers overhead.
5. A homeless man walks over to the cousins, yells "Chessy vaginas!", but is then killed in the car explosion.

1. Little Jacob, who sells it and gets lots of money. But most of his rasta betray him and steal the money.
2. Phil Bell, who is going with Niko to sell the drugs from the last deal with the ones he just got.
3. Bernie Crane, but Dimitri blackmails his boyfriend Bryce into giving up the drugs.
4. The LCPD as he feels remorse and sympathetic. But they kill him.

Three new gangs have recently arrived in Liberty City:
The Dingoes - An Australian gang headed by Regan Jones.
The Mad Moose Mounties - A Canadian gang headed by Adam Burns.

These three gangs recently clashed with each other in the Honkers strip club in Alderney killing 27 and injuring 48. Jones, Burns, and Oscarfield have disappeared and the LCPD are appealing for help from the residents of LC. They request that anyone who has seen them or currently knows where they are phone the LCPD's anonymous tip line.

Niko: "Disappeared eh? Well I'll just have to lure them out then."

Niko logs off of the computer and plans a way in which he can smoke the three gang heads out of hiding.

He decides to...
1. Phone Luis and ask him to spread word on the street via Armando and Henrique on a large drug deal about to take place at the old Alderney Sprunk Factory. Niko will wait there and see who turns up for the fake deal.
2. Phone Little Jacob and ask if he has any "product" in which he can sell to someone in the hopes that Regan, Burns and Oscarfield will come along and try and steal the product.
3. Go to MR.ULPC and asks if he can track the three down.
4. Pull a deal with the LCPD in which all of Niko's criminal records will be wiped if he helps them catch the three.
5. Changes his mind and phones a friend to do an activity with them instead.
