Is Sweet jealous or vindictive?
What kind of creep is Sweet?
Does he want to get CJ killed because of Brian or the threat to his power over Gove Street Families?
1. Is he a momma’s boy, what with living next door to his moms?
2. He takes CJ to Paint over the Gang Tags, says he’ll do some. But, he parks down on the Grove Streets cul-de-sac while CJ does them.
3. He Sends CJ to start a gang war in the Glen Park alone.
4. He sets CJ up to assassinate a gang leader while he (Sweet) hides in a car with the doors locked until CJ and his homies kill All the Ballas in the cemetery.

I say he's just a jealous wuss. Obviously CJ has the skills he doesn't, or else he would have never needed CJ to pick him and his GF up early on in the game. Then again, usually leaders of things try to stay protected and make their minions do all the hard work. Plus he's an idiot. You would think he'd have reason to suspect Big Smoke and Ryder of playing a different game long before CJ ever came back.

1.well...in the mission big smoke(1st one)you find that big smoke is there...maybehe decided to leave the house and buy a new one,i cant find a reason....maybe he's afraid of his moms ghost =]

Hey, that's something. Big Smoke doesn't live in the area so, What the ----is Big Smoke doing sneaking around Momma Johnson's house? and he's armed with a baseball bat?

maybe smoke was the one who trully kill cj's moms,the green sabre was just a diversion to keep sweet and the grove busy

then when cj showed up he was clearing the traces of his murder(thats why he was such cautiously acting and quckly took that chair)...
i always thougt cj's moms murder was more than an accident...

The game gives the impression that Sweet is a very experienced gang leader, he's done stuff that we haven't seen or been told about.

Big Smoke wanted Sweet to join him and rule over the dug dealers, i think that shows how important he is when he could have been just killed. Also, CJ was inexperienced, with low stats etc he had to learn and do the dirty work.

That doesn't excuse the fact he couldn't protect his girlfriend from barely a handful of gangsters. You'd think he'd be strapped all the time, even when visiting his girlfriend, or rather especially when visiting his girlfriend who just so happens to live in an area dominated by a gang they're not friendly with at the moment.

Add that to the fact that there's obviously something fishy going on with Ryder and Big Smoke... So obvious you'd think either Sweet, CJ, or someone would have figured it out... Or maybe someone did. Perhaps it was CJ and Sweet's Mom who got suspicious and before she could get any definite proof... Well, we know how that line of thought would end. Still, it amazes me that Ryder and Big Smoke managed to go behind Sweet's back for so long, with Ryder being such an idiot and Big Smoke behaving so strangely...

Yeah, Sweet might be experienced, but his actions in the game show otherwise. He must be so screwed up over his Mother's death he's not thinking straight at all. Perhaps any thought that something was going on with Big Smoke and Ryder went out the window when his Mom died.

I really wanna see more of a pre-story to San Andreas. There's so much potential behind what little details we get that I'm tempted to write a story based off it myself.

Lets get this straight,I know much of the story.C.R.A.S.H killed Cj's mom.
crash made smoke sell the gang out and took ryder with him
Cj comes back to los santos and kills big smoke and tennpenny.
Simple,yes.Easy,no.

Sweet can only kill 2-4 guys but he gets killed after so he sucks.
The ONLY reason Grove street got back on its feet is because CJ came back to san andreas and anilated both the ballas and vagos.

The original grove street territories in the 1980's when CJ never left san andreas was:
all of ganton
all of willowfield
most of idlewood
all of temple
all of santa maria beach
seville boulevard
and east beach

The territories when CJ came back in 1992 was:
all of ganton
seville boulevard
all of temple
all of santa maria beach

So CJ is the major factor in the game,sweet is only the third behind woozie and cesar

I don't really have an opinion of Sweet. He just seems to be the average mission giver. Although as stated before, the fact he couldn't kill a small amount of Gangsters makes me wonder how he is a leader of Grove Street
