Nice idea, but there is some errors.
First: Arabs and Russians can't be Mafia. Mafia members must be Italians or have Italian ancestry.
Second: Yusuf Amir is from GTA IV era. He can't be in the GTA V era,tto.
You need to reduce your town. I think your vision of city is overcrowded.

I am sorry to inform you but I am no longer working on this one.

It was my first concept thread and even me myself dont like it that much.

As you can see in my sig, you will see Erotic City which is going to be the next big thing.

None of thats true but there's no point in arguing them now because VL has moved on. But don't bash other peoples concepts for the sake of bashing peoples concepts.
