Use objective 'Adjust Timelimit". For example, set the time limit to 2 minutes, and then add new objective like a checkpoint or anything else. After that, add another 'Adjust Timelimit' objective and set to 00:00(to turn off the timelimit). That means, a player must get to the checkpoint in 2 minutes or else, failed. Simple.
EDIT: And just want you to know that the objective has a bug. Here's it: I added a new timelimit objective(ex: 03:00). Then, I added checkpoint objectives MORE THAN ONE like 5 - 10 checkpoints. And then, I added another timelimit objective, 00:00.
Summary: Timelimit objective 03:00 > 10 checkpoints > timelimit objective 00:00.
Then I play the mission. The bug is, when I reached the 2nd or 3rd checkpoint(and so on), the timelimit will reset back to 03:00 on each checkpoints. It's not supposed to be like that, right? You want a player to get to all the checkpoints exactly in 3 minutes.
So, to fix that, you need to create all the checkpoint objectives first. Then, select the objective before the 1st checkpoint, and add timelimit objective. After that, select the last checkpoint objective and add new timelimit to turn it off. That way, the timelimit won't reset back. Thanks to DP, by the way.
