Hey guys.

I blame myself for my inactivity lately as I decided to postpone all of work to the last minute. On top of balancing out exam studying time, I had to work up money for my graduation fee and take part in the graduation practice. I'm happy to say all of that sh*t is over. Exams are done. Graduation is done. University is done. Summer is here. I intend to be more active this summer than ever before as I have no plans until the very end of August.

P.S. If you've seen me playing LBP 2 as of late, please take note it is not me, but my GF who has too much free time on her hands.

I'm expecting comeon12 and Muffin Man to be there too, hopefully Zdanz aswell, Crimson was also hopeful, but doubtful, HD had a kids party but might be able to leave early, not sure about PUKEMAGGOTS or a few others. Will be a challenge, but I think any gang is capable of winning.

Very tough game indeed, have to say amigo sorry, but I'll be supporting Italia tomorrow , Spain have won too much recently ... come on Italy. I look forward to hearing your accent too, I hope it has an irish twang to it, could be funny , how are you finding speaking English , and understanding the language?

About travelling, I am travelling to Italy (Sicily)next month... so wish me luck guys, it will be my first real adventure abroad

Anyways Gang Wars was a great success, only the Yardies didn't have 4, so it was a 4 vs 4 vs 4 vs 3, we won the TDM and TMW, but came runners up in the races, we just about won the war for Alderney, I'll post a full description in the topic, but it was fun, and that was my main aim, I'm really thankful for everyone that came, great games. I'm hoping the next two will be even better.

I find it hard, the understanding the most. Dubliners speak too quick plus they love drinking but the harder training the better for me. They say What's the craic or What's the story as wassup. A thing that annoys me is that they say, for example: "him car" instead of "his car"

Romantic getaway + eat as much pizza as I can... seriously just need a break and time away from "normal life"... I was really disappointed by not being successful getting a job with the police, and whilst I may just have enough money to spend on a holiday, I would rather enjoy a little, than just be stuck forever, I'm sure as you have realised it is nothing but rain this summer here, so it would be nice to have some sunshine, also I love italy and it's culture. (hot girls too , will be needing my sunglasses )

I don't understand Spain, they played most of the game without strikers against Portugal? Is Torres not popular with the coach? Soldado or Llorente? Excellent players but on the bench !

Posted Gang scores from the event tonight, will do individual ones tomorrow, for a change I had a very successful tonight... most kills in TDM, most jobs in TMW, came 3rd twice in racing

Had lot's of fun in the event specially in tmw lol that job we got done with aj was awesome Too bad the races were laggy as hell, my car tipped over in all the races and my best place was 4 or 5

Sorry I had to swap between TMW and TDM, I'm sure both yourself and Muffin would of been fine in both.

I had some good games, most kills , most tasks, very surprising to me. I also came third twice. The mission with the helicopter and the package worked out quite well, after you were killed, I wasn't at first aware you managed to get the package up there, I took my time, and just focused on staying alive, meanwhile below all hell was breaking lose, every gang was there, this gave me a chance to pick it up and get out of the crossfire.
Crimson we should do that next time too, I'll be pilot and you can be drop off / co pilot / grenade dropper / sniper
Imagine it's a package mission but we arrive too late to land or the roof is too high for a throw, so we land on the rooftop, both armed with snipers, and hold down the area til the cavalry arrive in cars, every team mode in GTA can be done by good teamwork, doesn't matter how good an individual player is, against a good organised team they won't win, seen it happen in both TW and CnC events on here too

Gang Wars
There are some important updates to the scores though, no longer are there bonus points for getting most kills or most jobs, and now the gang that comes third gets a point too.
So each round, is 5:3:1 (1st:2nd:3rd). The next war will see racers in 4th and 5th, being able to get points also, in the inbuilt racing system. This will be at the end of July or beginning of August though.

Good games last night, sorry to HD97XL for that sh*tty CnC game, I was boss, and was trying to teach WicKeD EaZy and co, a lesson in CnC, but they kept ignoring me to go for the easy kills on the respawning crooks, still we completely owned them, especially in the first round when you let rip with your driveby, I loved that. Before I was stuck with two noobish level 8's being stupid...when I eventually escaped, all I got was hahahaha you ran....haha you ran....

Even if some friends are a part of WicKeD I don't like being disrespected like that.

Hey m8. AJ I understand what you are trying to do. Creating an automatic competition ladder that calculates the stats from games and applies them to the competition table.From there you make "trophies" Its a fair idea and ive seen things like it for PES ect but it still requires people to enter the stats and that itself is a problem. To be honest most of the people that play this game are bad losers so there will just be arguments over results ect.Then you also face the problem of who`s going to govern it if it was set up on the forums? The only way to have it legit is to link it to the PSN or live which R* wont do as the have thier own way of doing it with the Leader boards and social club. The only people who would give it the respect it deserves is people that could actually win it....US and our friends. Of all the people who use this site that are on ps3 Ive only ever seen a handfull of them online outwith events that have been created on here. That may be down to my choice of game mode but I think it more down to the fact that there is not many people who share our mentality for GTA and would rather f*ck about with swings,tug boats and prepubescent children.That is of course if they are not prepubescent children themselfs. Then youve got the role players!! Hey I wanted to be an actor too but I dont ride around alderney on f*cking mopeds looking for ghosts and hidden treasure. I was past all that stage on GTA 3 climbing up overpasses to throw molotovs at NPC`s no wonder you get you get your fannies rubbed when it come to the tough games.

Bottom line we need more people who share our love of competition to achieve this goal............not likely anytime soon..... some people on here and in here dont play GTA
