I am trying to get coordinates for my san andreas but however Sannybuilder and GTA SA Place Manager always gets 0.0.0.0 and angle 0.00
what will i do now?
i am using windows 7 with all administrator access

You can give this http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=45 a try. Also nice about is you won't need to minimalize the screen when searching for coords

EDIT: If your virusscanner thinks it's a virus ignore it, it's because the program injects itself into SA (Which technique is often used by viruses)

Installation
1. Extract the 'gta_sa_dll.exe' file into your San Andreas folder.
2. Extract the DLL from the folder in the archive that you want
(so for co-ordinate display and windowed mode, you extract the DLL in 'window+coords' )
3. Make sure the EXE and the DLL have the same name (except extension)(you can rename them
as long as they remain the same.)
4. Run the EXE supplied (running the 'gta_sa.exe' will not load the hook DLL).
5. It should load up with either your co-ords displayed or windowed mode.

look, you've just posted a carboncopy of its readme , anyways

i extracted the archive // copy-pasted gta_sa_dll.exe in GTA SA root folder // then copy-pasted the dll from window+coords in gta sa root folder

is this correct?

The readme is pretty obvious to me then. Just trying to help you here..

Yes and make sure the gta_sa_dll.exe has the same name as the dll. So it will be:
gta_sa_dll.exe
gta_da_dll.dll

Do you have SA V2? If you do then try downgrading it.

Disable your anti-virus just to rule that out. Disable all protections of it and try, if it works, it might be the antivirus preventing DLL injection, so add an exception.
If not, I don't know.

well, yes my anti-virus is detecting exe as Trojan

That's because the exe injects into sa. (Common way for virusses). So ignore that. (Already said this in a previous post ). Also did you do what frank.s said?
