Damn nice, there have been many LC snow mods, but this one is really nice. At least it's finished unlike others.

edit: I don't think you should keep those HQ textures, original ones looks so much better. (for example fist hud icon, wheels)

Its amazing but I have a problem with the game's sound: I cannot run the audio importer program (audimp.exe) when installing Snow City. As a result, the game does not have sound, except for radio and story dialogue.

I ran the installation on Windows XP and as an Administrator. Ванчес (@ gta.ru) had the same problem, but he solved it. Do you know what he did to solve it?
