Son of all time Vice City legend Tommy Vercetti,he is continued daddy business but poorer than his father about defense himself.
His mother unknown but people suggesting if he is son of Mercedes Cortez.

Gay and African-American politician,Ambitious and best friend of Anthony Prince.

Eduardo Hernandez
Age : 50
Owner of Vice City FC,unknown football club in Vice City.Dirty owner and have know almost all football referee.

Former friend of Tommy Vercetti,trying to fix his relationship with Vercetti gang before he dies.

Caroline Peter
Age : 45
Former Malibu stripper and Daniel wife,have heavy debt with Vercetti Gang.

Packie is a 29-year old member of the Irish Mob and the youngest brother of the McReary family.Originally wanted move to Australia but only can afford Vice City

STORY

21 years ago after Daniel McDonald back from 'little' business with Tommy Vercetti he meet a unknown woman with dark clothes and say will killing herself,but she can't
leave her newly born boy baby.Because Daniel don't have any children he took the baby and adopt him and.Later in 21 years now Andrew just released from Jail and
will continued 'family' business,As smuggler.And later as Boss of Vice City.

About Andrew
When you start playing as Andrew he is don't have ability to use gun,car,helicopter etc.As player you need to improve Andrew with several way like Course,Read a Book,Own Learning etc.
Andrew also customizable character like Carl Jackson,player have ability to go to Barbershop or Increase Muscle at gym.This character is 'plain' when you start playing GTA IV and
be a "master" by player way.

Gameplay & etc.

-Player able to built own Andrew.
-Andrew is more customizable than Carl Johnson
-Playing sports like Soccer,Basketball and American Football
-Own business
-Airport now useable
-Driving by your skill,more easy if you already mastering Driving skill
-Hangout to Beach,Vice City FC Stadium,Malibu Club and other exciting Vice City landmarks.
-Sidemissions : Smuggling,Taxi,Drug Dealer,Bartender,Medicine.
-Building can crash,but will be spawn again if player leave it (except : safehouse,vice city landmarks,boss safehouses.)
-Wanted level more easy to gain but don't have a "telepathy".

This thread under improvement,i will update and improve it as soon as possible.

I wouldn't do III era. IMO you should start again and don't do the III era.

Lets face it, this isn't going to be the concept for the final game. So just let him do what he likes. If he wants to add III era then why on earth can't he do that?

III era was THE era of GTA anyway. We all know it. I'd have loved for R* to keep some characters from back then in the new games. Fair play, they didn't want to and that's fine.

Anyway, as ridiculous as the opening post is I am looking forward to seeing how this develops.

@ Highpay - I love the idea of creating a connection to the last Vice City game and it's characters with this new GTA Vice City proposal of yours. Tommy Vercetti was my favourite character and Vice City is still my favourite GTA game of them all. It would be great to see a modern-day storyline continuation of the last Vice City game and it's characters. Just because GTA 4 was created with totally brand new characters with no link to the GTA 3-era, it does not mean that a new Vice City game has to be the same. You get my vote on that one.

However, I'm gonna give you some criticism here. From what I can see and make out, I'm assuming you have created a young white American male character as your protagonist and he goes by the name of Andrew MacDonald with a Celtic surname. Now, if you are gonna use Vice City as your setting for the next GTA game I dont think your protagonist would suit the setting very well. Vice City is obviously based on Miami and it would reflect its real-life demographics, and the main type of gangs and criminal organizations in Miami's underworld are:

Hispanic - Cuban and Colombian drug cartels, Cuban, Hispanic and US-born Hispanic street gangs of various backgrounds.

Italian-American - Italian-American Mafia crime famlies still have a heavy presence in Miami and South Florida.

Israeli and Russian - Israeli and Russian criminal organizations are very active in Miami and South Florida.

African-American - African-American criminal organizations and street gangs from Miami's ghettoes and 'hoods'.

Afro-Caribbean - Mostly Haitian street gangs from Miami's Little Haiti, and maybe some Jamaican gangs.

If your protagonist is US-born or US-based, I think your protagonist would have to fit into one of these groups if your idea became reality. I cant see an Italian Mafia guy being used as thats already been done with Tommy Vercetti. The Russian mafia theme was heavily expressed in GTA 4. I cannot see a black protagonist being used just yet, maybe until the next San Andreas game. Considering Miami is the gateway to Latin America, I would expect that this time around, the protagonist should be of Hispanic descent, more like a white, but olive-skinned Cuban or Colombian, not an Afro-Hispanic like Luis Lopez of TBOGT who is Dominican (which has been done already).

Yes but the thing is, it's been discussed NUMEROUS times around here, (which I'm assuming) and it's getting old. I mean hey, we understand it's this guy's concept thread and he can do whatever the hell he can do with it, but let's just face it, Tommy Vercitti is done. Vic Vance is done. CJ is done. Pretty much the whole damn III era is done!

On to the topic at hand, let me just say that you got a bucket of reserves there. You should brainstorm and organize before you start a concept thread like this. Think of how many reserves your gonna have to make, and how much your gonna have to write.. But overall, it's OK.
