I will Add minor street gangs, that being Peckham boyz, theres a bengali gang not to far from me, not really that seriouse, but i can almost guarintee they deal drugs in the cruddy apartments across from my f*cking mansion < Joking, but yeah theres grafiti aswell, i can't even make out the damn letters because it's written so badly.

Maybe a mission called: "Tea & Crumpets"
The protagonist has to make money selling boxes of teabags & packets of crumpets. Just for those Americans who automatically associate it with us! (Don't worry, I find the reference funny, even if it is aimed at me!)

Cutscenes where the protagonist's seen eating a crumpet with a cup of tea.

The option to drink cups of tea and eat crumpets at your safehouse and various eaterys around the city!

Advertisements on radio-stations and on billboards/posters around the city.

Everyone'd love it! Just so it packs the "busting balls" humour every GTA game has!

Alright you GTAIVman Listen to me, i made it 100% perfectly clear not to even mention what you just did, not any reason at all, i don't care if your family have been pure english since Henry the eigth, if you bring that kind of stereotyped crap up, people will quote it and instead of focusing on the actual topic, they get mis-leaded by sh*t like this, I'm really considering reporting that post.

On f*cking Topic : I will add more street level gangs as London has many, most poor neighbourhoods form some kind of gang out of fear, which they use violence, such as stabbings and even robbery to get money to get guns, guns is like power to them, whoever has the biggest gun to these savages has the power.

I think you're using too much realism here, i think Rockstar should take a more stylistic approach and take gang inspiration from films as well which makes everything a bit more fun.

What like Rock N rolla and Layercake, great films, but i just feel like the gritty realistic kind of feel would be suited best, like litterally a cutscene where a guy is screaming because these men are litterally slicing him with a ham cutting machine whilst he's still alive for fun, sick world.

I've always thought Britains crime is more hard and brutal than America's.
I live in a small Wiltshire town yet i know of people being curb stomped, girls getting stabbed over boys, people owning guns etc. certainly not Rio de janeiro but if we have that in a small town imagine what its like in a city like London or Birmingham.

Rock N Roll and Layer-cake are both good.

Brownbear : Ive always seen it as more girtty, or the Individuals are just more brutal and much sicker, i'm not saying that London or England has more crime or more violent, but theres deffinatly a nasty and frightning feel about it, like on the news, Body found in meat factory, or in Incinerator. I think it's the voice aswell. somthing in a really london english voice "Ive got a bone to pick with you" whilst a guy is holding a Blaze torch or somthing.

Nope i didn't. i mean i'm sure stuff like that happens, and somtimes in london, bassicly what they call a gang, could just be a group of normal people, just demented enough to kill sombody. Yeah but it can get way worse than that, Kray brothers, were famouse for sticking 6 inch nails through the victims, whilst cutting off their finger-tips one by one, It's way better when they do it when the victim is alive (For dramatic scenes) you get more emotians. You see who they realy are
