Toreno is A LOT funnier than Maccer. He never smiles or sound like he's joking, but he's just naturally funny.

I find it hard to chose between Maccer (who is such a one dimensional character and lacks subtlety in this one dimension too, it's just a guy who can't stop jerking off, well haha very funny, NOT!) and Sweet (who is an allround pain in the ass as well as an ignorant idiot. CJ becomes a friggin millionaire and he's still willing to get a cap in his ass in a gang war that is really about nothing.)
What I don't understand is the lack of love for Catalina, I thought she was really entertaining.

Ryder. He just purely sh*ts me and the way he pays out CJ just isn't funny. Zero (that whiny voice when you fail the "Supply Lines" mission, anyone?) and OG Loc come in close second and third respectively.
I don't know how people can dislike Mike Toreno - sure, he held CJ against his will, telling him to do things that he had no choice to do, but you have got to admit, he is probably one of the best antagonists in the game. Maccer was just hilarious and provided some good comic relief in the game for a couple of cut-scenes and for a mission! Luckily that was it though.
The most obvious answer is OG Loc because he is fake. On the other hand he is a comic relief so he is funny. Another annoying thing was Sweet's attitude when I picked him in front of the jail. Made me think that Big Smoke is right about moving out of Grove St.

That friggin' Kid, Zero! God, he never shut himself up, he kept acting like a kid in his missions. (Thankfully, I passed the last 2 of his missions quite easily, so I could get rid of him)
Honourable mentions include Mike Toreno (He was an A***hole when you met him and he was an A***hole in his last appearence), Ryder (Never left CJ Alone) & Tenpenny/Pulaski. (Annoying fake cop guy thingies)
I can't believe how many people don't like Ryder. Ryder made a lot of sense. CJ was stupid to who he is until pointing his Desert Eagle at Toreno, still he was funny. I hated the words coming out of Pulaski's fu**ing mouth, yet it was an absolute pleasure when CJ killed him. Truth was a freak as well as clueless. Sweet is definitely an arrogant, ignorant fool. The worst, most annoying, craziest, narrowminded, as well as a pain in the a** Catalina. Off Topic: I was the 100th person to vote.
