'List Index Out of Bounds' GtaGarage Mod Manager

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 4, 2010	I keep getting the error 'List index out of bounds (-1)' when I click the installer on GTAGARAGE MOD MANAGER. Does anyone know how to fix this? I bought this game for the mods and it won't work.
