After the checkpoint select an interior [TOOLS->BROWSE INTERIORS].Then just make a teleport over there[OBJECTIVES->ADD OBJECTIVE->ADD TELEPORT]

Yes it is, but unfortunately with s0beit hack. In s0beit you can teleport yourself to Liberty City and make a mission there. I've done that once.. but that mission sucked anyways.
