Hello everyone, Today, I'm going to review 3 missions made by NothingSpecial. They're part of his Denise's story series. Please click on the link below in order to view the topic and find links to download them: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=499727Now, it's time for the review, - Writing: Very good. There were a very few noticeable typos and the text was easy to understand. The dialogues also suited the theme of the mission. - Presentation: Excellent, The cutscenes were perfectly focused and timed. They included a lot of animations and activity which made them very lively. Homegirl in, Homegirl out - Length: Excellent, as it takes about 14 minutes to complete. Denise is in the cell and realises that Big Smoke is also in the cell next to hers. When an officer comes to give her food, she beats him down and gets out of her cell to free Big Smoke. After a gunfight they reach at the parking basement. They find Sweet and the gang there. The whole gang then goes to Grove Street after a chasedvwn from the Cops. - Difficulty: Hard. There are a lot of officers in and outside the LSPD. The chasedown is also difficult because of the huge number of vehicles chasing them. - Variety:Very good. Characters include Denise, Big Smoke, officers, Sweet and Ryder. Different weapons including the pistol, rifles, SMG's and M14 were used in the mission. Vehicles include the police bikes and cars. Armed and Dangerous - Length: Long, as it takes about 15 minutes to complete. Ryder goes over to Denise's place and asks her to help him steal guns from the army but she says it's not worth risking their life and they can easily get the weapons from Emmet. As the transaction is taking place between Emmet and Denise, Ryder comes running to them and suddenly the army attacks them. After defending themselves fro the army Denise and Ryder makes there way back to Grove Street. - Difficulty: Very Hard. There are huge waves of army that comes to attack the three. The fight takes place in an enclosed area so it's difficult to escape fro the bullets fired from high accuracy army. A couple of hunters also attack them. - Variety:Very good. Characters include Denise, Ryder, Emmet, and Army. Weapons include SMG, AK 47 and M14, . Vehicles include Hustler, Hunter, Flatbed The distribution - Length: Very good, as it takes about 8 minutes to complete. Ryder tells Denise that they go deliver the guns to their gang. The last place was at Jefferson's where they are ambushed by the Ballas and have to kill them. They find that they still have some guns to spare so they keep for themselves. - Difficulty: Medium. Most of the mission includes driving around. There is an ambush by the Ballas but most of them carry melee weapons so not a difficult task to kill them. - Variety:Good. Characters include Denise, Ryder, B Dup, LB, Ballas and the GSF. Weapons include baseball bat, SMG's and other melee weapons. Vehicles include Flatbed. Overall the missions were good and full of action. It is recommended for all those who like challenging missions which have wild gunfights. Also recommended for gangster theme lovers. The designer has put in a lot of effort in the presentation of the mission. The designer did a good job in designing the missions and should keep up with it.

Hello everyone, Today, I'm going to review 7 missions made by ThaBoY. They're part of his The Godfather series. Please click on the link below in order to view the topic and find links to download them: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=506945Now, it's time for the review, - Writing: Very good. There were very few noticeable typos in the objective description text, but they didn't do any harm because they were still understandable. - Presentation: Very good. The angle of the focus of cutscenes was perfect. The cutscenes were creative and lively with shootouts, explosions and the actors given appropriate animations. The Introduction - Length: Decent, as it takes about 4 minutes to complete. The mission is the introduction to the series. It shows a bakery being exploded by the Don Barzini's men. Johnny has to beat them up and then he is killed in an ambush. Aldo sees the body, but Don Corleone tells him to take revenge when the time is right. - Difficulty: Easy. Most of the mission is composed of cutscenes. There is an alley brawl where the player is unarmed at first and is fighting Don Barzini's men who carries baseball bats. The player can easily get the baseball bat after killing the first guy and can be used to easily kill the other three. - Variety:Decent. Characters include Johnny, Don Corleone, Luca, Sarafina, Aldo, Don Barzini and his men. Weapons include baseball bat. The Alley - Length: Decent, as it takes about 4 minutes to do. The mission involves Luca giving a basic training to Aldo. Aldo has to take down two guys who were about to be shot by another. Luca kills the other guy and leaves the other two in the hands of Aldo. - Difficulty: Easy. The player has to fight two guys, one at a time, which makes the mission easy. Then there is a driving part where the player has to drive to the Corleone's safe house. - Variety:Decent. Characters include Don Corleone, Sarafina, Luca Aldo and three other unnamed guys with different skins. The Enforcer - Length: Decent, as it takes about 4 minutes to do. Luca orders Aldo to meet Emilio and ask him to give the Coleone's protection money. Emilio doesn't agree and is reminded why he needs the protection. After that he is met by a sergeant who asks him for something. Then he goes and hands over the money to Luca. Luca then tells Aldo to meet Paulie Gato in the bar. - Difficulty:Very easy. The player has to beat down Emilio who is unarmed. The rest of the mission is just cutscenes. - Variety:Could be better. Characters include Luca, Aldo, Emilio, Sergeant. A Grave Situaton - Length: Good, as it takes about 5 minutes to complete. Aldo meets with Paulie and Marty Malone, better known as Monk. They tell Aldo that they need to beat up some guys who messed up with the undertaker's daughter. They go to the cemetery and beat them up. - Difficulty: Very Easy. The mission involves a fist fight where Paulie, Monk and Aldo beats up the two unarmed punks. The missions becomes very easy because of the difference in number with the player in advantage. - Variety:Could be better. Characters include Aldo, Paulie and Monk. Sleeping with the Fishes - Length: Excellent, as it takes about 12 minutes to complete. Aldo is first given a basic weapons training. Then he is told to watch over a secret meeting. The meeting turns out to be an ambush where Luca is killed. Aldo is then attacked by the ambushers. He kills all of them including the assassin of Luca. He then escapes the to his safe house under a three star wanted level. - Difficulty: Hard. The training part is very easy. The time limit to go to the meeting place is also more than required to reach there. But the gunfights can be difficult because of the huge number of enemies with good accuracies. The final driving part which also involves a time limit is fairly easy. - Variety:Decent. Characters include Aldo, Luca and the ambushers. Weapons include the pistols. Vehicles include Clover. The Don is dead - Length: Excellent, as it takes about 13 minutes to complete. The mission shows some hitmen taking Don Corleone down. Aldo meets someone who gives him a car to follow an ambulance. Some Capo follows them. They attack Aldo once they are on the bridge. Aldo takes all of them down and drives the ambulance to the hospital. There he meets with some other stranger. - Difficulty: Hard. It can be easy to lose track of the ambulance as the Capos are attacking the player from behind. The bugged route of the ambulance also makes it tiring to play because the it is impossible to finish the mission if the ambulance doesn't reach its destination. - Variety:Good. Characters include Aldo, Barber, Don Corleone, Frankie, Capos, and two unnamed guys. Vehicles include ambulance and the vehicle being used by the Capos. Weapons include pistol. The Enforcer - Length: Too Short, as it takes less than a minute. The mission shows Aldo being appointed as the Enforcer by Clemenza. - Difficulty: Very easy. The mission only includes cutscenes. - Variety:Could be better. Characters include Clemenza and Aldo. Overall, the missions are good. The length of some missions can be improved by adding some more dialogues/cutscenes. The difficulty of the first four missions is very easy and can be improved by increasing the number of enemies or giving them some weapons. But the difficulty is understandable because the missions are just the first of the series. Nevertheless, the author did a good job in the designing of the missions and should keep up with it. Hello everyone, Today, I'm going to review a mission made by xGhostx. They're part of his Dead rising series. Please click on the link below in order to view the topic and find links to download them: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=507434Now, it's time for the review, - Writing: Very good. There are very few noticeable grammar errors and the descriptions are easy to understand. - Presentation: Very good, The cutscenes were perfectly timed and enough duration was given to each of them. The Hospital - Length: Very good, as it takes about 7 minutes to complete. Allen, the player, and his two allies, Mason and Wood, have to find zombrone and escape the area. But Mason tricks them and uses the helicopter to escape leaving the other two behind. - Difficulty: Normal. Even though there are a hell lot of zombies, the player doesn't need to kill them all and only has to go through the checkpoints. - Variety: Excellent. Characters include Mason, Wood, Allen and the zombies all with different skins which adds to the variety. Weapons include the shotgun and various other melee weapons held by the zombies. Vehicles include Helicopter and some other cars in the parking lot. Various types of objects including containers, cranes, doors and walls were used. Overall, the mission is very good and fun to play. The author did a good job with the use of objects and different peds. The author did a good job in designing of the mission and should keep up with it.

Hello everyone, Today, I'm going to review 2 missions made by caio3771. You can download them from the following links: Ryder's trouble: http://dyom.gtagames.nl/?act=show&id=18704Cleanin' tha hood: http://dyom.gtagames.nl/?act=show&id=18025Now, it's time for the review, - Writing: Good. There was a major mistake with writing in terms of using capital letters. Most of the times the sentences were beginning with small letters. Also there was some grammar error, but that can be overlooked as the use of gangsta language. - Presentation: Good, Even though the cutscenes were few, they were perfectly focused and timed. The only issue with the presentation was that the actors from the cutscenes were not hidden and it became messy after the cutscenes were over. Ryder's trouble - Length: Long, as it takes about 17 minutes to complete. CJ, the player, goes to Ryder and he is told to get the car. CJ then has to get a Ballas car to get in the turf. After going to a couple of locations and killing Ballas, CJ finally gets the access to the car and takes it to Ryder. - Difficulty: Hard. Even though there are numerous enemies, the player only needs to get to the checkpoints but the enemies have high accuracies and can kill you easily. The wanted level makes the missions more difficult to play and the best option for the player is to take down the enemies by shooting them on the head. - Variety:Good. Characters include CJ, Ryder, Ballas.Vehicles include Tahoma, Wayfarer. Weapons include AK 47, Shotgun and SMG's. Cleanin' tha hood - Length: Decent, as it takes about 4 minutes to complete. CJ has to kill some some Grove traitors and get back to the hood. - Difficulty: Easy. The mission mainly involves killing a single GSF member and not necessarily killing the other Ballas members or cops, so once you get the sniper you can safely take them down from a distance. The wanted level still remains a trouble but doesn't do a lot of damage since the mission is not very long. - Variety:Decent. Characters include Ryder, CJ, Ballas, GSF members and cops. Weapons include sniper rifle, and SMG. Both the missions are fun to play especially if you like shooting and driving, the the lack of story and simple format of drive and kill makes the missions boring after a while. The wanted level can also be minimised because it becomes annoying with the cops on your tail. There is also need to improve on the use of capital letters. There's also need to hide actors at the appropiate time to prevent giving rise to twin actors.Nevertheless, the author did a good job in designing the missions and should keep up with it.

Hello everyone, Today, I'm going to review a missions made by The - Hunter. Click the link below to download the mission: http://dyom.gtagames.nl/?act=show&id=18946Now, it's time for the review, - Writing: Good. There were a number of grammatical errors in the writing but it didn't affect much as it was still understandable. - Presentation: Good. Even though there were only a few cutscenes, their duration and angle of focus was perfect. The weather added the horror effect to the mission. Hospital Dead - Length: Very good, as it takes about 7 minutes to complete. The player, a soldier, has to kill zombies at a hospital and then escape with Dr. Anderson to the countryside via the helicopter. - Difficulty: Too hard!!. The player can easily kill the large number of zombies with the M14, but the problem comes in when you also have to protect your allies who must survive. The huge number of zombies can easily kill them. - Variety: Very Good. Characters include the soldier, the journalist, Colonel Ford, Dr. Anderson and the zombies. Weapons include chainsaw, and M14. Various objects and cars were also there. Overall, the mission was good and fun to play. There was lack of proper story but it can be understood because it was just a single mission. The horror setting was also well brought out. The author did a good job in designing the mission and should keep up with it.

Hello everyone, Today, I'm going to review a mission made by DonFedrizzi. It is part of his San Fierro Street Stories series. Please click on the link below in order to view the topic and find links to download them: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=488903Now, it's time for the review, - Writing: Excellent. There were no noticeable grammar errors and the objective descriptions and story was easy to understand. There was also the use of gangsta language and Mexican slang which made the mission authentic. - Presentation: Very good. The angle of focus and the duration of cutscenes was perfect. The cutscenes were made lively with appropriate animations given to actors. Explosions were also used in the cutscenes. Something that can be improved in the presentation part is that the cutscene only focuses on actors which are talking especially if they have been given the animations where they move their hands. It can be strange to see actors moving their hands while talking. A day to remember... - Length: Long, as it takes about 15 minutes to complete the mission. Nick and the gang plans to kill the four leaders of the Red Heads before they have their meeting with the Yakuzas who are powerful. They kill the first three on various locations and the fourth is killed at the HQ. The whole HQ is then blown up. - Difficulty: Normal. Even though their are many enemies, they can be hit in the head for an instant kill. The player also has powerful weapons and cover against the enemies. There are a couple of time limits, but the time is enough even to give allowance of a couple of mistakes. - Variety: Excellent. Characters include Nick, Ben, Ramone, Willie, other members of Ben's gang and the Red Heads. Vehicles include Sanchez, PCJ and various other vehicles used for cover. Explosive barrels and various objects like road blocks, containers and crates were used to provide for cover. Pickups include health, armour, weapons and bribe. Weapons include M14, pistol and SMG's. Overall the mission is very well made with a lot of variety and shoot outs. The whole mission pack is recommended for those who like gangster theme and those who like a lot of action. The author did a good job in designing the mission and should keep up with it.
