That's a pretty poor list. The biggest issue for me was #4.

You know what other city has pretty crappy traffic? NEW YORK. I was actively wishing that GTA IV would have the massive amounts of congestion (both automotive and pedestrian) you think about when you hear New York.

Are you kidding me?? The police in London don't have guns wow that's poor as hell. Does the Royal Air Force not have planes and does the army not have tanks or machine guns??

That quote confirms sh*t. GTA has already been set in London, so whats to stop R* from using it again? To be honest that whole artical is a pile of w*nk and there isn't a single legitimate reason in there apart from the media reaction. R* would implement guns into the game if it was set in London, cyclists wouldn't appear that often and as for the traffic, New York is one of the most congested cities in the world but the streets were very quite in IV. All of those problems are managable.

I still do't understand why you guys want GTA in Europe so bad. Is there a problem with America? GTA is just fine in America. We don't need language changes and sh*t, we need more car modding, better graphics, gore, sh*t like that. Although London would be the only option in Europe.

I dunno...i just dont want to go through another bit depressing setting.GTA IV was all about immigrant sorting his life out in bit gray and depressing LC,with London it would be similar...
I want to go again in VC or SA...to see RAGE engine again in all its beauty in SUNNY settings(i want it ever since i seen RDR),with more fun,humor,better music and all...IMO London would not do it for me.
