I think this mod is dead. So many screens posted yet the original modder will only post the same (old) UPLOADED.TO and SENDSPACE links in the board which are all no longer working. I searched google to see if there were other links to the mod and all i found was just broken download links. The original modder seems to have giving up on this before completion even though he/she started started modding Vice City before even finishing up on this GTA3 mod.
I know the modder put alot of work on the mod, I just wish he/she would return to this or any other board where he/she posted pictures and (old) links of the mod and update with new info. Even if the mod is no longer being worked on please (someone) update us with some new download links to the (old) betas....please.

Why are all the wheels broken? Do you know what dmagics wheelmod is? It stops that.

well, right now i'm testing stuff. like lens flares coming from all the lights in the game. (its done, but i want to make it better). also enb series settings are renewed, the old one didn't have gamma or desaturation like the latest one..

neXt: the current map will be changed from now on, and i will add all of the stunt park mods exist for gta3. l-train doesn't exist anymore, so it will work as a normal train between 3 islands.

its because i re-installed gta3 and re-did whole mod. and some little tweaks like d-magic mod may be absent because of this. i will fix it in the next update..

\ Wheel problem is now solved. But i still use Xbox wheels which are terrible for a HD mod like this. If you happen to know any hd wheel mod for these cars, please let me know. Because this is a big issue.. \
