So I've downloaded Ryosuke's goggle mod here.
Which was supposed to change thermal-vision/night-vision goggles style, but nothing happens. When I open the game, I can hear a sound, like when windows gives an error, but no errors appear, and the game starts normally, but nothing changes. Does someone knows how to get it working? This mod uses some HLSL effects, which I'm afraid that aren't supported (or something like that) by my graphic card.
Does someone have a way to get it working, by modding mod's files or whatever?

I'm using an ATI Radeon 9550, pixel and vertex shader 2.0.

On my Ati HD4870 Spphire Ryosuke's Google Mod also seem not to work, ...although tested it on different catalysts (drvrs) its still the same, when putting NV i only get crossed from upper right to lower left corner display with one half white an the second green ...;/

He just said he dragged and dropped the files, same as everyone else. Must be a display thing.

I get the same thing with Ryosukes Depth Of Field mod.-

I got it working with my new computer and with ENB. I think you just need a really Beefy comp.

I got the same problem and a window dysplays function reset error.
The solution is this:
The goggle.asi without reset function, fx files or fixed.(It works for me).

Put these asi scripts in root and config colormod value to change the effect.
