Yes, the shooting brake. Some time ago I went far with researching those 'shooting brakes'. The design is far from perfect, like the Ferrari FF which I don't like simply because of the brand, but oh god, how they appeal to me. I wish all station wagons/estates were looking like this, or had a shooting brake version in a facelift. Time for me to contribute to this hate filled topic: 2000 Audi TT While I think all of the Audis interiors are too small and cramped, not to mention their heavy understeer, I have to say that I respect this car company. It has done a lot in terms of engineering and their cars are reliable. And also cheaper than other german competitors. But that's probably because it's owned by VW. What I think about the Audi TT of the year 2000 is that it looks very bland. And look at those headlights, the car looks sad! This must be the only car which looks bad even with the autobra/car condom.. The newer TT definitely looks better on the front. And yeah, the 2000's TT back isn't exciting at all, too. It looks like it's copied from the front to back. They have no excuses for why the 1st gen TT looks like that. It's not even fast.

Again a car i have liked since it was announced. I find the TTs design to be great, because it doesn't really resemble any other car, and even of the front end isn't very interesting, the back looks fine to me. And the dashboard, now that i like. It looks sporty and well done. Altough the cars engines weren't the best i actually considered this as a car to buy... But then again, in some ways it's like the SLK, a bit of a girls car. And at my height, i wouldn't fit in it. I would add this squareness to the thread. The Aston Martin Lagonda. This is a car that pretty much has no design. It's just as square as a car can be, i mean the V8 model looks great, how is this such a rubbish looking car?

Well, it more or less looks like a squashed new beetle. In the same way the 356 and Karmann ghia were kind of squahsed (let's say prettied up and sleeker) versions of old beetles. Or Scirrocos and Corrados were to Golfs. All more or less the sporty counterpart to an otherwise ordinary car. | QUOTE | I would add this squareness to the thread. The Aston Martin Lagonda.
