No way is the Scirocco ugly...it has timeless style and a really sporty and cool look to it. Even the Duster is actually quite a good looking car from some perspectives.

Yeah, here in Brazil this is the Versa which is an alright sedan IMO. Could be worse.

Wait, overall automotive style has progressed from 2004?

Pretty sure if you threw a few 2004 and 2012 sedans that I'd never seen before together, I wouldn't be able to tell you which one is which. Hell, most newer cars you can't tell what they are the first time without looking at the badges. I feel like up until 2000 or so, each manufacturer just had their own style, their own feel, body lines or design features that carried over from model to model but were exclusive to each manufacturer, even when platform sharing. Now, everything looks the f*cking same.

Didn't notice the "here" part. No need to act like an asshole.

I actually had one as a rental for a week. I had the hatchback though. It was quite roomy inside, but the quality of the plastics, seating position and comfort compared to even an older Volvo is just purely terrible.
