Info: As a child he had to watch his police chief father and politician mother being 'made example of' by a renegade crime syndicate that they had crossed. He is a borderline psychopath, scarred by his childhood, and now geniunely believes that killing the scumbags the Mafia orders him to take out makes the city a better place. Occasionally goes on vigilante rampages usually sparked by particulary vivid dreams of his parents deaths. Has no problem killing criminals, corrupt cops or civilians that get in his way. (I've thought way too much about this)
