Remix of the track found in my signature. Also includes a track by Neon Indian at the beginning and Dam Funk at the end.

I've been listening to Reign of Terror a helluva lot over the past few weeks, and the whole album is fantastic. Buy it, download it, listen to it, love it.

Disparate Youth is the first release off Santigold's upcoming album. Can't f*cking wait.

QUOTE (meta187 @ Sunday, Mar 4 2012, 06:42)
@Warlord: I listened to the lyrics of that Kid Alien track pretty closely and I'm a little curious who's perspective the writer was attempting to write from. It sounded like a God or deity of some kind speaking.

lol dude I had these exact thoughts when I properly listened to the track. tounge.gif

Oh and...

Enjoy. wink.gif

Absolutely loving this song at the moment. It doesn't exactly speak to me lyric wise, but the passion behind it is just what keeps me coming back.

@Craig: I hear this song multiple times a day in work, and I have to say I don't get the hype. Maybe I've just been overexposed to it; there's just too much repetition in the sound, it doesn't seem to go anywhere. Regardless, it's still leagues ahead of the crap that's been polluting the airwaves recently.

Been back into my breakbeat/jungle/DnB in a big way lately.

I can see a future for Bwana, his soundcloud's worth checking out. Such a refreshing tune.

There's been a lot of inter-mingling lately between Glasgow's house/techno scene and soundsystems like Mungo's Hi-Fi, I'm keen to see where it goes.

Last night I was in the mood for listening to music, but since I misplaced my iPod touch charger, I used my old iPod shuffle and listened to all the old sh*t I have in there. I found this song while shuffling and literally replayed it 5 times. Great song if you're angry, would probably get you pretty relieved.

I believe I did post this song a long time ago on the 'rate the song above you' topic, by the way.

Good stuff being posted, keep the movement rollin', gentlemen.

Definitely puts a smile on my face to hear stuff like this being played on the radio here in Finland.
Gave my morning a vivacious vibe.

Some really nice songs being shared here, especially the Boards of Canada track. That's going to be played a lot during my wake and bake session on Thursday biggrin.gif

The guitar on this track gives me chills every single time.

I've been practising improvisation on guitar to this track and, as always, the heavy rock sound mixes really well with the beat. I'm really getting into Jay-Z right now too so if anyone knows of any good instrumentals of his, could you please point me in their direction? Thanks in advance.

Here is a really nice, chilled out version of an already brilliant song. Sit back and enjoy.

Back with a banggg

Produced lovingly by Machinedrum, this showcases Azealia's amazing musicality that goes really well with her impressive rapping skills. I really wish for an extended version of this.

Just really ambient yet groovy from Bondax who hail from Lancaster, UK. Amazing stuff

One of my favourite DJs ever Kid Koala with absolute goodness over the turntable.

Straight from Montreal with this absolute tune, a slow bassy dub buildup a wonderful crescendo of glittery synth. Lovely.

And finally this brilliant instrumental hip-hop tune from French collective Chinese Man.

@TPFS: I love Boards of Canada, have had something of an obsession with them previously. biggrin.gif

This one's more than likely been posted before, but it's worth a re-listen regardless.

I think I'm one of the few people that thinks 90s P.E. are under-rated.

Off to a soundsystem night tomorrow, always like to casually prepare for one.

Still my favourite Glasgow producer of recent years, there's something so hypnotic about all of Glass Swords. HudMo's got more attention than Rustie but I dunno why, the latter's infinitely more skilled.
